Yay – it's done! You both have worked long and hard on it. You've given me lots of ideas for when I hope to buy a small French place of my own. Weren't you going to share costs, although I know how that can go with a reno. The only surprises were the type of tile on the first floor and keeping wood floors in rental bathrooms. I'm sure you have your reasons for both. Bravo!

one flaw….the bathroom has clear glass in the window…is there glass in the front door btw? I don't remember you putting it in.
