1. Ingredients:
– 2 cups of grated Gruyère cheese
– 2 cups of grated Emmental cheese
– 1 clove of garlic (halved)
– 1 cup of dry white wine
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
– Freshly ground black pepper
– Fresh bread cubes
– vegetables, or fruits for dipping

2. Instructions:
– Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the halved garlic.
– In a separate pot, combine the wine and lemon juice, and heat until simmering.
– Gradually add the grated cheeses, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
– In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of cold water and stir into the cheese mixture to thicken.
– Season with black pepper and serve immediately with your favorite dippers!
