Foie Gras Recipe (Pan-Seared Foie Gras)

Ingredients:
2 slices of Foie Gras (about 1.5 cm thick)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or port wine)

Instructions:
