This place gives me the creeps. Not you! It just feels chilly. Hard to pinpoint why but maybe the harsh textures.

You'll need to check with someone to see how much you can do to the wine cellar because of the bats. I believe that at Lalande, they have to leave the bats alone because they are endangered and rare. All bat populations are being stressed these days.

Nádherná nemovitost, nábytek není můj šálek čaje, ale budovy a funkčnost je úžasná . Trhalo by mi to srdce kdybych se toho musela vzdát a prodávat to ,okolí a příroda je dech beroucí ,nádhera. Ať už nutí majitele k prodeji cokoli tak jim přeji mnoho štěstí a hodně sil.
Some places in Australia would get you a run down shed for that price. What a dream property.

🙋♀️ Greetings Anna & Ed,,,,,, thank you for the professional tour. I loved the stone work on all the walls & the floor tiles were magical . The thing is, which I do not understand is , these large Chateau’s always seem to have small kitchens 🤷♀️…. Why don’t they ( designers) make them LARGER as the kitchen is in fact ( I’ve been told & heard) the HEART 💓 of the house/ chateau/ castle etc….✌️🕊️

❤ I have already left a comment BUT I would like to say is, that the property’s that go for absolutely millions upon millions aren’t really not worth it ( in my humble opinion) , BUT this beautiful Property & Chateau are worth more than what they are asking , it’s a steal at the price they are asking. ✌️🕊️
