I finally picked up a Ben Holiday today.
We have 40 acres up in Helena I will be visiting this summer

I just found AAA 10 Star for the first time. Mid Columbia Wine and Spirits in Kennewick WA. 22 bucks after tax for a 1/5. It's not bad, maybe a little green but definitely way different from Benchmark.

How have you not tried the JB WR? It is a great 6 YO Toasted Barrel Beam for 25 bucks. It from what I have heard is a 1 time deal, so you may want to grab a bottle or 3
Wild Turkey 101 (750ml) ranges from $18-$24 in Indiana fyi. Evan Williams white label is also underrated.

Wow, Christina at East Main Liquor for the win! What a great store owner. If I’m ever in Montana again I’m visiting and hope she’s around. Not that I’ll expect a Coy Hill, but even to just chat bourbon with would be worth the visit.

So sad you missed the local section at Montana Spirits in Bozeman. Live a block away! He sold us a bottle of OF Birthday at MSRP for our whiskey club…we did a whiskey row run…the Birthday lost to 1910 and 1920 (they split for first place)!
