  1. Fun fact, breakfast is NOT the most important meal of the day. I skip breakfast and eat at 12 pm, and the rest of my family eat at 3pm or 4pm. We do intermittent fasting! It’s actually way healthier and my mom lost a lot of weight after it! My family and other people do it! It’s just not that common.

  2. I do feel like you gotta give IHOP a better chance. They have so many options, but they have really good ones. For starters, their regular coffee is on point. Their eggs are on point too. I stay away from the sugar rush pancakes because that's just too much sugar than what I can handle.
