This was eye-opening! 🤯 I always thought diabetes management was just about diet and medication, but I never realized how much vitamin deficiencies could impact blood sugar, energy levels, and even nerve health.
The part about Vitamin D affecting insulin function really stood out to me—especially since so many of us don’t get enough sunlight! ☀
For those managing diabetes, have you noticed a difference when adding these vitamins to your routine? What’s your experience with supplements vs. food sources? Let’s share and learn from each other! 💬👇"
Many thanks for sharing it help a lot 👍🙏
Great ❤
Great insights on essential vitamins for diabetics! However, supplements alone aren't a solution—diet and lifestyle changes are key. While metformin depletes B12 and folate, it's still vital for many, and regular monitoring can help balance deficiencies. Should diabetics focus more on supplements or natural food sources?
I appreciate your explanation.Its a lesson I need.

Is this information legit????
You should never trust medications on here….
All of them !!
I was just diagnosed with type two. I'm going to start taking all these vitamins. The strange thing is, i am very fit. Power walk 50 miles per week, weight lift and eat a lot of greens , very little meat. I have no warning signs of diabetes. I'm 61 and admittedly not been outside much compared to 10 years prior were i worked almost 100% outdoors. Funny thing too, just had a kidney stone that needed operation. I have brain fog, some forgetfulness, burning muscles and some floaters in my vision.
Thank you
Excellent information, very much needed. Thank you❤
6:42 Vitamin B12. Very good!
Foie grad is animal abuse I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER THAT. 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱💀💀💀💀💀💀I ONLY EAT FISH. I WILL NOT EAT MEAT. FISH IS A BETTER ALTERNATIVE, sardines, salmon, eggs and fresh leafy greens and organic eggs.
Mainstream Doctors really need to GET ON THE BALL.😱😱😱😱😱😱 They never suggest supplements nor a specialized diet. Doctors don't seem to have a clue. Thank heavens we have an alternative, THE INTERNET where we can get lots more information that we NEED.

No matter how helpful your content might be, we could really do without the fake "talking doctor" in the bottom left corner.
This sort of thing is a clear case of pretending to offer medical advice, contradicting what you say in your disclaimer.
You don't really think this will fool people? So why not leave it out, and show a video of yourself actually speaking the words?
Very helpful to me❤❤❤
Where can I find the peer reviewed studies that support these claims? Asking for research purposes.
