I had the amazing opportunity to visit Ket’s Organic Gourmet Farm in Kingston Jamaica. Mr. Tucker has been farming organically using regenerative practices for over 25 years. During the tour you’ll learn about some of Jamaica’s most powerful and rare herbs, plants, and fruits like Jamaican Dog Blood, King of The Forest, Panadol Plant used as a pain reliever, and MORE.     Mr Tucker is vibrant and alert for his age. Wow. I see people in their 30s and up look way busted down and aging at a rapid rate.

    Grandma use to give me most of these herba growing up as a child. Dog blood is the only thing that would work for me when I started my monthly. Nothing the Dr prescribed was as efficient as this. There was not a ailment that she didn't have a herb for.
