Today on The Gobcast, I sit down with @tcavofficial to discuss his incredible story of being the first EVER Navy SEAL to join the French Foreign Legion. Taylor went from being homeless in the jungle of Hawaii to not one, but TWO of the most prestigious combat units in the world. Enjoy!

  8. this episode is a golden one. for the past several months, i was having my own mental struggles of procrastination, then burnout, then ghosting through life in depression, and later wading through the waters of self-doubt and blame to make it to today. after the past few weeks of confusion/pessimism and dreading my problems, i finally had a good day today. when i watched this, taylor really helped solidify some of the thoughts i'd been trying to keep in my mind bc they helped me, and it was super validating in a time where i feel like i need that. i'm grateful that taylor does what he does.
