The menu highlights seasonal, fresh, and organic ingredients sourced from The Farm’s on-site vegetable and herb garden, complemented by pasture-raised chicken, wild-caught seafood, and grass-fed meat. Each dish exemplifies the highest standards of quality, blending the timeless elegance of French culinary artistry with a commitment to mindful, conscious dining.

The Upperdeck Restaurant celebrates the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine through a farm-to-table philosophy. The menu features fresh, locally sourced vegetables, herbs, pasture-raised organic chicken, and a variety of wholesome, well-balanced dishes. Each creation honors the Mediterranean tradition of heart-healthy, flavorful dining.

These two new restaurants, along with The Farm’s wellness dining options – including the Halal-certified ALIVE! Vegan Restaurant offering whole food, plant-based living foods gourmet cuisine; PRANA, an Indian-vegetarian restaurant inspired by Ayurveda; and PESCE, a pescetarian restaurant inspired by the Blue Zone®️ diet, are now open to walk-in guests.
