  4. I seriously think savoriness and umami are the same thing. In Japanese (apparently) umami means: "delicious savory taste." ?

  5. WOW! Amazing. Should have probably been like 4 episodes actually to reveal, experiment, and understand each concept more fully and deeper. I feel like I'm missing so much due to the abbreviated bam and next, bam and next, bam and next.

  8. Calling things "nutty" is the "tastes like chicken" of the 2020s. I did like the idea of infusing tomatoes into oil though.
