Price of the mansion and all details please I want to buy it
3+ acres of flat land and the developers decided to build a raised foundation so they could build a basement. You need to use the stairs to get inside from the entrance and again to go down to the backyard. Bonehead decision imo

Beautiful home . But don’t forget to mention that the home has a pool 13ft deep 🥴😮💨 and that’s why it hasn’t sold. The owner needs to level the pool because 13ft deep is insane.
why didn't you show the hidden closet?? Its such a unique feature but is it a 4 foot room or a large room or something else? How much stuff can someone fit in there ? What's it look like? This is a huge blunder on your part . I don't want to see YOU I want to see the mansion! Don't stand there and point to it and all we see is you and a door . This video is better than the other one I seen of this property so far up to the men's walk in closet. These house tours are constantly describing an area we cant see( not because they can't show it) or showing something else than what they are describing . All that being said I do enjoy your videos.
