I love how easy these are and that there's not a lot of fussy piping or decorating. Those kind definitely have their place but, when it gets hectic during the holidays, it's nice to have something that looks great & festive but doesn't require a lot of time or effort. Thank you!
I will have to give these a try. I love the Lu brand Petit Ecolier (you said it correctly… it translates to Little Schoolboy). When I was diagnosed with Celiac, I eyed those cookies longingly in the cookie aisle of my standard grocery store and said those are gone forever. But voila! They are not.
