  1. At 18:30 that White House in Hallbrook is the famous house of the payday loan guy, Scott Tucker, from the documentary Dirty Money.

  2. Reports: Rich people are being off'd and and major league players are being burglarized

This guy: Let's make a video showing everyone where they stay

  3. You do such a nice job on these videos. I imagine it consumes a lot of your time. The pacing is perfect. Many technical changes per minute. Excellent videography. And I enjoy the blend of current real estate information and history on the area along with famous (and infamous!) residents. Thank you for showcasing the Kansas City metro that I called home for 22 years!

  4. The house for sale he mentioned at the beginning is ugly!! Looks like the architecture of a 12 year old.

  5. The house at 2.50 was Ewing Kaufman's home the man who brought the Royals to KC and I think the house at 2.39 was my friend's parents' house LOL Another high-dollar lake community is Lake Lotawana.

  6. Well, if you check the demographic population history of mission hills on Wikipedia, you'll find the true history of mission hills. After years of dismal and disappointing interest and sales, 1954 end of segregation caused a 1000% increase in sales. Shawnee mission schools sprouted li k e weeds…in st louis parkway and Hazelwood mega school districts were founded likewise.some will attribute to the automobile, yet, even todsy vast areas of kansas city missouri lay empty and never developed.
Despite moving and building entire country clubs, golf courses, and statuary, and luxury model mansion homes, mission hilks floundered for decades. Then. Miraculously, after brown vs topeka, where our state capital used a 50-passenger yellow bus to transport a 12 year old black girl to a school NOT where she lived or paid taxes and owned a house. All this why a KANSAN sat in the white house.
We often speak in western civilization of original sin….and how its repercussions last forever. Well slavery and guns are just TWO. Lets not even start in why its called mission hills.

  7. I think all of them are awesome but lock loyd or Ward Parkway is just as good , just depends on what kind of people you want to live around , or the amenities you want , but all are nice

  8. I lived in Loch Lloyd, and though the front entrance is secure, it can be accessed from the west side without any security checks, but you have to walk through terrain.

  9. If lock loid or however its spelled is so great. How the hell was Mahomes and kelces houses getting broken into?

  10. Liberty has some very upscale homes as does west Briarcliff
Briarcliff has one of 3 Frank Loyd Right homes and buildings in Kansas city 2 are homes one is a church.
Downtown Kansas city has some extremely high end homes that match mission hills but in a building not free standing home.
9th street the apartments run in the millions.

You cannot pick one part of the metro area and call it wealthy the city is loaded with high-end homes.

  11. Yes lake in Lee's summit, my uncle bought a house there when the lake opened it was 400k in the 70s now its in the millions.

  12. Absolutely 0% of the footage you used to show Indian Hills CC was actually of that club. Why?
