I feel like I know this house so well, it could be home!
Why are they using gas in France is it cheaper than electricity.? We have these (called electric heat pumps /cold air ) installed in houses in NZ for winter/summer. You have to clean the air filters on top every year.

Wonderful news, now you can get on with painting and it will dry nicely and the tile work will set properly. One Vlog a week is more than acceptable when the kids are on Winter Break and Christmas is right around the corner. Thank you for sharing this with us!

I don't think anyone is complaining about one vlog, we are all busy too in the lead up to Christmas and family should definitely be a priority. It's all looking fabulous. Every time you show the exterior I think about how derelict it was when you bought it, no wonder the neighbours stop and tell you how good it looks.
