Today, I made a French-style gourmet pastries.
The French-style pastries is made by mixing two types of cake batter: a cake batter made with melted butter and flour, and a cookie batter made with room temperature butter and almond flour.
The flavor of butter spreads throughout your mouth, and the texture is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, giving it a truly luxurious taste.
The taste deepens even more when you eat it with coffee.
