Namaste 🙏Today, our healthy dish: Soya Chunks Pulao Delight. This recipe combines the goodness of soya chunks with fragrant rice and aromatic spices, making it a nutritious and flavorful meal.
Indregients:
Jeera , dried spices, 1/2 inch ginger, 7 to 8 garlic, biryani masala, red chilli powder, green chillies, turmeric, coriander. Chopped onion. 400 gm washed rice
Veggies: Chooped carrot, chopped french beans, peeled peanuts, cooked Soya chunks( remove excess of water), dessicated coconut.
For making green paste :
Mixer jar + dessicated coconut+ coriander+ ginger+ garlic grind.
Preparation:
Pan + 2 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp homemade ghee+ green chillies+ onion + dried spices + green paste+ red chilli powder+ turmeric+ biryani masala+ saute them well into medium flame. Once the onion gets brown add all veggies and mix it properly and add washed rice mix it well and add hot water ( double the quantity of rice ) + mix it properly, salt to taste. Mix it cover the lid for 10 min to 15 min. Then delicious soya chunks pulao delight is ready.Serve it hot and enjoy it with your loved ones. Thank you 😊
