Ingredients:

Leek 2 pc (around 250 g)
Shallot 1 pc
Potatoes 250 g
Butter 25 g
Cream 50 ml
Water 250 ml
Parmesan 15 g
Salt/pepper to radte
Dill 5 g
Caviar 1 tbls

Cooking process:

Prepare and rinse the vegetables.
Slice leeks, shallots, and potatoes into large chunks.
Sauté shallots, leeks, and potatoes.
Add water and simmer until the potatoes are soft.
Blend until smooth, transfer to a saucepan, add cream, and bring to a gentle boil.
When serving, add Parmesan, dill, and red caviar.
