  2. If you ever get the chance to do that with some halibut……. you won't regret it! Never tried it with the rice flour but I can see that being a nice touch!

  3. I love fish and chips. When I was a kid I cooked at a place called Alexander’s fish and chips. The best I’d ever had. So many variations of tempura. Nice set Zach 🐸🍺🔪🔥
