Yes, France were still making money from their former African colonies because they basically forced former French African colonies to put their own countries wealth in the French treasury and were charging them billions to access their own money. They only stopped doing this 3 years ago when the Africans nations realised other countries in Africa like Ghana were leaving them behind so all of the Franco-African countries withdrew from this agreement, and that is why you started seeing French troops starting coups in Africa because they were losing billions with this agreement ending.
The British are the smartest racist. In Britain they teach nothing about the British Empire deliberately because they don’t want their white citizens to learn were most of Britain’s wealth comes from because there is no national pride in learning that Britain was the greatest parasite nation in human history sucking their African and Asian colonies dry. The only thing they learn in UK schools is that Britain abolished slavery first. It is a complete lie. Even when Britain abolished slavery, they still were one of the biggest controllers of global slave trade. The British also bury the fact that the British royal family owned more slaves than any family in the world, would brand them with royal insignia and most of the wealth of the royal family stems from slavery and the British have tied to erase this fact from history. Britain in reality was one of the last countries to end slavery because they were paying compensation to descendants of slave owning families until 2017. The British think they are slick. In British schools they do teach black history, nothing about the British Empire and how it relates to black people of Britain who mostly come from the African and Caribbean former British colonies, they only teach African American history to make seem only the Americans oppressed Black people. It is very deliberate burying of the shameful British history, because no one wants to learn the history where they were the villains

Godfrey, no need to stretch at the gym. I feel one is less inclined to do so at the gym because the majority of people you're seeing there is lifting. No inspiration. Instead, stretch at your apartment. Then you follow that by walking to your gym (which seems to be your routine). Last quarter or third of the way there start jogging. By the time you get to the gym you got all of that pre workout stuff out of the way & can focus solely on the lifting. Finish it off with about 10 min. on the elliptical. Done.
