Welcome to my “Recipes from Around the World” playlist! Today, I’m bringing you an authentic French delight — Tartiflette. This delicious potato dish is perfect for any occasion and will transport your taste buds straight to the heart of France. Follow along as we show you how to create this rich and savory masterpiece in your own kitchen!

Ingredients:
* 2 pounds of potatoes
* One chopped onion
* 4 ounces of bacon
* 1 cup of heavy cream
* Salt and pepper
* 8 ounces of Reblochon cheese (or Gruyère as an alternative)
* Oven-proof baking dish

Instructions:
1. Boil potatoes until tender.
2. Sauté chopped onion and bacon until crispy.
3. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in an oven-proof baking dish.
4. Sprinkle the crispy bacon and onions over the top of the potatoes.
5. Pour cream evenly over the layers and season with salt and pepper.
6. Top the dish with sliced Reblochon cheese (or Gruyère).
7. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
