shme were close in Cutie’s mind day hi there I am really in the mood for some home-cooked classic comfort food today I am making cottage pie a classic dish made from minced beef with carrots and onion in a rich Savory gravy and topped with whipped mashed potatoes and baked to Perfection yell all right to start off I’m just going to put a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a pot and then I’m going to add one pound of when you’re starting out with fatty meat you don’t really need to add any olive oil to your pot you fat [ __ ] oh my God she’s not going to drain the meat and she starts off with two tablespoons of olive oil to cook fatty mints who taught this dumbass headache did she learn this from schme come on man yeah and that’s a good point nobody wants the recipe you want to make a blown out diaper go and take a [ __ ] on the floor bam there’s your recipe minced beef this is supposed to be lean minced beef with one large carrot and one medium onion and I’m just going to cook this down on medium heat until everything gets nice and brown and the veggies cook down with the fat of the beef as well a little bit like this and I’m going to add some black pepper I’m not going to add too much salt I end up adding a little pinch of salt but the Buon will be salty uh add about 2 tablespoons or so what did you add the salt for no no no this okay this also in my opinion should not be allowed on YouTube when two days in a row you’re doing Health arcs and taking us to the [ __ ] beus clinic and stuff what did you learn a beus school you dumbass clearly nothing this this after two days of medical misinformation this should not be allowed on YouTube oh I just put in some salt because my [ __ ] buah is hella salt too God forbid I either make my own broth me who has [ __ ] all to so of some tomato paste and just let that cook down for a little bit until it evaporates the juices the juices evaporate a bit but uh you want to add some flour maybe two tablespoons to the rest of the juices so that it makes like a thick gravy oh my God so she’s really just not going to drain the meat I figured she tried to drain the meat and just did it as lazy as she does everything else she took all the fat that came out of that meat and she’s turning that into her gravy that’s not gravy that’s that’s dog food like not even back when I used to always make make the homemade dog food I sprouts and some cottage pie made now yeah that makes a lot of sense Julie even uh thank you for the Super Chat even keto cottage pie gets drained and we eat fat yeah that makes sense because yeah although you eat fat you’re not going to sit there and just straight up like drink olive oil drink grease out of a pan you know what I mean even if you’re down to eat the fat like that it’s just too much it’s just too and it’s not going to hold together and then you’re gonna eat that an exploded diaper on a plate because your [ __ ] pie won’t hold together because it’s so goddamn greasy this is a bit of a different recipe I usually make pinoa which which I have made on my channel sorry for the squeaky table by the way uh in advance and um that has corn and like cream corn in it and ground beef and potatoes now this is this has a gravy base as you saw in my intro here so yes this is uh just you can have whatever veggies you want to it and I did put cheese in the potatoes so yeah a little bit of gouda I have some olives and some of the she just glazes right over there yeah little a little cheese in the potato yeah we saw the little cheese in the potato a whole new grease layer on top so you got the grease from the [ __ ] cheese that she buys on top and the grease from the [ __ ] meat that she buys on the bottom M yummy these sour pickles are so sour watch PE bite B they’re so good so
