I received about a thousand requests for the recipe for these noodles so here we go here’s the ingredients so you can screenshot them and I also just want to add that this is a modified recipe from another Creator and I’ve tagged the original Creator below this recipe is really easy we’re basically just making a chili oil and then turning that chili oil into a sauce for some noodles so we’re starting by mincing three cloves of garlic then half a shallot and half a cup of cilantro keep the garlic in the shallots to the side but add the cilantro to a heat safe bowl with half a tablespoon of chili powder one tablespoon of sugar and one teaspoon of curry powder and if you haven’t yet I’d recommend at this point that you start cooking your noodles to the ready by the time we’re done making the sauce once the noodles are done cooking you can strain them and set them to the side until we’re ready heat up a quarter cup of oil then add the garlic and cilantro for a minute until they Brown slightly and pour that over the spice mixture Stir It Well then add the noodles and add the juice from one lime one tablespoon of dark soy sauce and two tablespoons of oyster sauce and now they’re ready

chef Tyler can we use any size of noodles like small these noodles that u boil them 😮
Thank you for the recipe.
I just tried this and it was super delicious 🤤
I made this but i didnt have any cilantro or garlic so i subsituted the cilantro for mixed herbs and the garlic for nothing lol
Start by mixing three cloves of garlic, then half a shallot, and half a cup of cilantro
Keep the garlic and the shallots to the side, but add the cilantro to a heat safe bowl with half a tablespoon of chili powder, one tablespoon of sugar, and one teaspoon of curry powder.
If you haven't yet, at this point begin cooking your noodles so they're ready by the time we're done making the sauce.
Once the noodles are done cooking, you can strain them and set them to the side until we're ready.
Heat up a quarter cup of oil, then add the garlic and cilantro for a minute until they brown slightly and pour that over the spice mixture.
Stir it well and add the noodles and add the juice from one lime, one tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and two tablespoons of oyster sauce.
Now they're ready
Can somebody help me ?
Is curry powder and garam masala the same ?

I just keep looping this video and wishing I could taste it… YouTube is not a safe space at nearly 3am
It looks great but I have a problem cooking curry powder. It smells up my home and it stains the whole space with curry smell that’s impossible to get rid of

Genuine doubt! No need to add salt?
Lol
What can be the replacement for oyster sauce
The salt content in this recipe is ridiculous! I’m sure it tastes amazing though.
