when you compete in pastry it’s some where you separate the voice from the man especially the type of competitions where you cannot bring anything pre scaled or pre-made those are the best one the most difficult one anybody who just shows up who qualifies to be on on the competition scene is already a great professional and then at the end it’s going to be like a race a lot of things always happen doing a race during the Olympic Games and some people have technical problems and people drop a showpiece god knows what will happen so it’s it’s a lot of hard work but it’s very very exciting kings of pastry chose me one of our student who graduated from the french pastry school had a friend where filmmakers and one thing leads to the other they saw me practicing for my mof and they said this is a movie and they said okay as long as you stay in the corner everybody will be fine and that’s what they did so I think it was a great thing to do because if it’s by inspiring a lot of people
