hi everyone so I’m new founder of um French vegan cheese company named Le thanks for um inviting us today and uh we are in this space um defining ourselves as uh technology and Industry expert ination to do uh plan based the space is crowded with many different companies with many different um Technologies uh to provide um consumers with Alder Solutions and I will explain how we focus on this technical aspect as well as the production um tools to um develop and scale up our products um first thing is that I would like to share a few figures about the market itself one important comparison that we can make is um the one with plant cheese and plant milk so today we know that overall um across 100 bottles of milk that are sold uh 16 are um already plantbased uh which is on a global scale uh quite important while um on the uh cheese industry we are hitting with difficulty a 1% um share which is very low and one thing is that the reason to switch from uh Dairy to pl-based milk are various could be uh eics uh some people are going for health uh do not want to eat dairy some are um allergic to Dairy anyway uh if we break down these uh incentives to switch from dairy plan based they are the same if we look at the cheese industry now why is the offer um so little and the market so little compared to with milk I think the reason the main reason is a lack of supply and that’s why uh we are dedicated to work on supplying products that are tasty that are good in terms of nutritional quality and value and that are accessible accessibility meaning both price as well as physical supply of the products meaning the production and the distributions that are very key to um all of this um um Market access and we see that if we make the calculation to compare uh the existing size of deres and the potential if we reach the same share as plant mil milk Global Market would be 20 billion which is huge and much higher than what it is today
