trying Kathy’s Kitchen in Ferguson Missouri Kathy how you doing let’s cut to the chase Ferguson Missouri needs your help bad see Kathy I’ve only been here for about a couple hours and I’ve been introduced to the midest of the mid and it’s been pretty ridiculous they down here serving me uh Gourmet pterodactyl T-Rex meat man today I would like to think that I got most of the popular menu items on the menu yeah that looks good so let’s see what’s H know stared with the Cajun Chicken Pasta man that smells good oh yeah this is smack let’s start off with the presentation presentation is on point not only is there seasoning throughout the Cajun cream sauce they also topped it off with Cajun spices when you take the lid off you going to smell all that looks like they added fresh garlic to this mug too oh yeah I like this they also give you a good amount of chicken too man pasta is cooked perfectly and it is very filling you’re not going to need much of this at all to get food this is really good we got seafood mac boy so whoever made this can’t be the same person that made Cajun pasta can’t be cuz it’s clear person that made that gives a damn the person that made this doesn’t give a damn cream sauce does not have the same Vibe as the Cajun pasta sauce that I just had it’s creamy as hell but it’s not season worth a damn they just to this off with Cajun spices that’s it also I feel like you bullshitting just just a little bit Kathy see when I think of seafood mac and cheese I think of a combination of cheeses which you do have but I also think of a combination of seafood you gave me fried shrimp and regular shrimp that’s just one Seafood Cajun Mac that I’ve had in the past is usually shrimp Lobster maybe some salmon and so forth I feel like you could do a little bit better in adding some more Seafood to this Mac man but this one right here yeah ass this is the Friday deal this Friday deal has Chicken shrimp and fish and we also have cold St too y’all let’s try the shrimp first no the shrimp is hands down criminal you should be charged for this you battered the shrimp excellent the texture on this thing is hands down one of the best but the taste is hands down one of the worst what I’ve noticed eating Seafood is that chefs have this one problem when it comes to flour they don’t season it if you have to taste the flour after you season the flour do do it to avoid like this you may have seasoned a flour but you did not season it enough so when you fry the shrimp it tastes like you ain’t did nothing to the flour at all I mean let me just show it to you I mean you see a little bit of seasoning here and there but but not but not really it’s a pretty piece of shrimp too but you just yeah you that up fish oh that fish is good they got the texture of this Seafood down pack although th is really crunchy and the white meat is very juicy it’s wet too it’s a little thick you come here get that chicken I mean the chicken’s okay I’m not going to say Kathy saved the day cuz some of the food here was trash too but it’s it’s getting better if you’re ever in Ferguson Missouri check this place out

Go downtown for those plates you been eating so far at least they do it better than the county nobody goes out in the county for the food we go there for peaceful housing and shopping quality lol

Ive heard of and been to most of these establishments that he visited here. But im a foodie with disposable income. Most folks in the Saint Louis metropolitan area dont really travel outside of work or special events or occasions. North City folks typically stay in the city unless they have family in North County. North county isn't traveling to Saint Chuck, most likely because their tags are outdated. As for the south, as North County is going downtown. North county is only going to Alton, Brooklyn, or Sauget in Illinois. As far west, what, probably Westport or West Olive. I am outside off the porch. As for north as Jerseyville, Ill. East as Mascoutah, ill. Wright City out west and sount down to Arnold and Columbia, ill. Saint Louis folks dont like to deviate. Unless an influencer influenced them to. Its waaaaaaay too much good food in the Lou for me to do anything twice. If i do, that junt was 🔥 🔥 🔥.

Beast craft bbq. Say thanks later. Best fucking smoked meat ive ever ate. Sides are completely insane as well. Pork steak 10/10 eat it with a spoon. Smoked mac and flash fried Brussels and bacon. FUCK AROUND
