hi hi hello the stick family hello we are out here on the stick’s deck and the reason for that is we are going to go over our June menu but first we must cheers oh go cheers so now that we got that out of the way we’re going to go over our June menu and we’re also going to be introducing for our second year Bretta Thursdays yay and being that we’re out here on the deck we have a little bit of traffic so might get a little bit noisy with all the people coming into Eureka Spring so yeah that’s great yeah so bear with us and um why don’t you tell us about the June menu okay so June menu starts on the 7th so we’ll do the sth 8th and 9th Friday Saturday and Sunday we have one seating time at 7:00 and we are doing a summer Lov six course menu yeah we are for $99 yes so the first course we’re doing Shar pie yep so we’ll have a lavender Jam fam and rette our house pickles and some other fun things on that Bo to start then we move into our salad with a strawberry vinegarette I think we’re going to toast this almond and gorgona cheese and soup of course is a vegetable Normandy soup and we have fun playing around with the dehydrator we’ll dehydrate some broccoli chips to go on that and then sorbet you know what sorbet is going to do I I looked at it I what are we doing a mango time I haven’t done that before so I the mango really reminds me of the beach that is okay yeah well let’s do it all right and then the main course you’re going to have your choice of so we have a 12 spice pork filet with a French style potato salad or an AIT tuna salad with a pesto vinegar edge and a soft bege uh done with green olive and ren tomato and FL a great summer yes and then for dessert do you know what you’re making mil y so a thousand layers so it’ll be a custard cream and puff pastry uh that’s split apart and we’ve got cream in there and some fresh berries and I’ll do some type of a berry gel yes it will be so but lots of fruits and vegetables it’s summertime that’s where we y all these because everything’s now back in season we can get the good stuff yes so and then brushetta what about brushetta starts June 6th and that will be on Thursday night so you can dine out on our beautiful deck or inside with all these storms we haven’t been out of the hardly at all so hopefully hopefully it calms down a little bit and if we’ve got storms on Thursdays then you know we’ll have seating available on the inside of the restroom well I think no matter what we’ll have both going yeah oh yeah oh yeah okay but out here on the deck is where probably everyone’s going to want to be if there a storm yes so it’s from 5:00 to 8:00 no reservation uh first come first serve and we’re going to have our Bretta menu and also some alart items from our six course menu that we’re featuring the month of June yeah so that’ll give people the opportunity uh to just do small bites from the menu that we’re offering for June and then we’ll also have our neweta menu yeah cool thing to do yeah so come see us we starting all this fun next weekend I didn’t mean to inter up no you’re good reservations for dinner for Friday Saturday Sunday are must yes we can accommodate dietary restrictions if we have a 24hour notice and then the phone number to call for reservations is 479 981 3123 yay did we miss anything I don’t think so I don’t think so either if we did we’ll do an edit do it again and it’ll just be her in the video not me which everybody will appreciate all right cheers liptick we’ll see you this summer Cheers Cheers sip oh you must sip no
