on a single slice whether you’re a seasoned Pro or a kitchen newbie trust me these bad boys are pool to so what are we waiting for let’s get stuck in and whip up some right tasty open-faced wonders section two The Italian Job brusketa Bonanza first up we’re heading to Italy for a brusketa bonanza this classic is simple delicious and perfect for using up those ripe summer Tomatoes slice a baguette on the diagonal about 1 in thick get those slices nice and toasty under the grill or in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil now for the topping dice up some juicy Tomatoes red onions and fresh basil mix it all up with a glug of good quality olive oil a pinch of salt and pepper and a Sprinkle of dried oregano spoon that beautiful mixture onto your toasted bread want to take it up a
