Seven years after Valentino landed in Paris, ARTESANO Specialty Coffee Roaster was born. It is a store dedicated to Mexican specialty coffee in which Arturo, trained in roasting by the Specialty Coffee Association. Here, he shares his own vision of coffee, from the selection of the green bean, roasting, extraction, to the tasting.

I ordered a ristretto during my first visit. I remember Arturo casually raising his eyebrows at me. He appreciates coffee enthusiasts. Taking my first sip, it was a dream in a tiny cup. And I knew I had found a new caffeinated home.
