you I didn’t realize we were going all the way over back over to this set all right here we go Jen take it away oh authentic or may I mean Hello so look at this I’m so sorry I got caught up talking to Sean’s wife susette and his beautiful daughters look at the 66 layers of sweet creamy french butter I mean look at that David can you imagine directly imported from France yes every day waking up to a French croissant imported from France I mean could you imagine I mean if you want to bake these off ahead of time and then make um tuna salad sandwiches I see shrimp salad shrim salad sandwiches very fancy could be lobster salad very fancy yes um really fantastic and these bake from Frozen yes they bake from Frozen so it’s incredibly simple you will always be your own Patisserie so imagine being able to bake these fresh every single day having a fresh croissant and I do want to show you quickly how easy this is at 350° in the oven from frozen you can have this incredible puffy golden brown on the outside nice and chewy on the inside flaky flaky layers with every single layer keep in mind that there’s more french butter sweet creamy french butter which is not like the butter that we have here so it takes a minimal real estate in your freezer this is how they arrive and look at how perfect they plump and I like to call them blossoming in the oven they smell they do Blossom they make your home smell amazing now I need to let you know that these are all going to bake from Frozen so you take them just like this and this turns into this the only key here is you don’t open the oven while they’re baking that’s right you don’t open the oven it’s much like a sule we don’t want them to Cave because puff pastry is a very delicate pastry so you have all those layers all that butter allow them to fully rise now with this size in particular you’re looking at about 25 minutes but again they’re always fresh this is not something that you go to the grocery store and then you pick out you pluck out the ones that are left or the ones that you think are good right and they’re warm they’re warm and buttery and yummy I mean just like they are they’re perfect then you add butter or cream or marmade or Jam or fresh fruit or honey right oh my gosh right so think about this too if you do want just you know cheffy tip here so if you do want to keep these for sandwiches what we do say is if it takes 20 minutes to bake allow it to rest for 20 minutes and then that way you cut through with your kitchen shears and look at how perfect that is that’s actually a great shot to look at all of those layers 66 and you can see the striations in color there because of all that butter it’s just spectacular but it’s all about being almost taking you to France to your to uh friend bringing France to your door rather is what I’m trying to say things are not Computing today I’ve had well mother say you’re allow um this is uh important because I’ve had uh friends that have taken trips to Paris yes and have booked baking classes in Paris to learn to learn how to make croissants and it’s so many layers of pastry it can take a long time this is done for you you’re getting 18 in this pack
