Chefs await the challenges of Master
Chefs from all over the world
both the Iron Chef and Challenger have
one hour to tackle the theme ingredient
of the day using all their senses skills
creativity there to prepare artistic
dishes never tasted before
and if ever a challenger wins over the
Iron Chef he or she will gain the
people’s Ovation and fame forever
every battle reputations are on the line
in kitchen Stadium where Master Chefs
pit their artistic Creations against
each other
what inspiration will today’s Challenger
bring and how will the Iron Chef fight
back the heat will be on
if memory serves me right the most
sought after person here in my kitchen
stadium is a new Iron Chef the fifth
Iron Chef in history
to live up to the expectations of my
viewers I have stretched my network far
and wide but before finding a new Iron
Chef I’ve stumbled upon one great
Challenger a rising French cuisine chef
his resume is impressive serving
exclusively at the top hotels across the
country
he is without doubt a rising star the
next leader of the Hotel dining
establishment
I could not resist the temptation to try
his dishes first hand so I’ve invited
him to my Stadium
let me introduce today’s Challenger our
star Chef to be in Japan’s Hotel
industry head chef of The Terrace at the
Western Tokyo hide Toshi ushimaru
ushimaru stepped into the arena of
cooking at age 20.
26 he already found himself hired by
Hotel SEO Ginza
I had the great Fortune of working in
the Main Kitchen of a top-class hotel
where I received expert training which
showed me what it takes to work at that
caliber of establishment
after learning all the critical Basics
at hotels say your games up in 1990
ushimaru left for France accepted by the
famous three-star restaurant lamb the

the owner quickly spotted ushimaru’s
talents and in a matter of one year our
point in him sous chef of seafood dishes
and after returning to Japan as a mere
34 year old he was scouted to head the
kitchen of the Westin Tokyo

all right the young fella goes for Sakai
in all French cuisine fight it’ll be
Iron Chef French heater Yuki Sakai one
of the first diffused Japanese cooking
techniques with French recipes and for
his artistic presentation he’s known as
the delacroix French cuisine but with
Iron Chef michiba gone the burden of
defending the Academy’s honor weighing
heavily on both Sakai and Chen

what a choice for a theme ingredient a
seasoning agent curry powder for French
cuisine with Iron Chef Sakai taking on a
young gun and Challenger ushimaru
numerous options on the table for this
one we are Set Let’s Get It On

Gourmet Academy now down to two Iron
Chefs Sakai and Chen having to pick up
the slack for now and Sakai having to
battle today against this Rising Phenom
and ushimaru in his first battle of the
new year and the men up there at the
stand getting their share of spices as
well as curry powder spices they can use
with the powder definitely and there’s
about five up there today that we can
see there’s a turmeric cinnamon cumin
cardamom and coriander all right we’ll
see where their creativity takes them
from the floor go janju she might have
talked to us about the theme ingredient
today saying quote I’m going to show you
some real professional ways of using
Curry spices including some novel ways
you’ve probably never even imagined he
says I was thrilled when I heard this
demon grenade announced all right really
now let’s meet our guests for today’s

Chef side they are washing rice some
Curry and rice in the cards perhaps well
you’re not gonna get any arguments for
me you know their version would have to
be really different from everyday Curry
and rice don’t you think and rice kind
of like macaroni and cheese in some
quarters well some people call it Curry
on Rice others say rice and Curry I just
say Good Eats really all right so Kai
may be making a chicken curry dish you
can tell I think you’ve got that one on
the market well yeah chopping chicken at
the board but it is early only a couple
of minutes in so we’ll see now on the
other side ushimaru looks like Omar
Lobster yeah the French ones there sure
reported from France and live not for
long splitting it down the middle right
there a little squeamish
this is probably for a super abroad oh
okay you know I kind of wanted a Sashimi
out of that though well just go there
and have some well you know French
lobsters aren’t really the best that way
all right now still on the challenge
side cleaning a snapper there red one
two great items from the sea Omar
Lobster and Snapper maybe a special
Seafood Curry on the way gotta be
something more complex than that yeah
you really can’t see just a plain old
curry rice coming it was only five
minutes in we can take a stab at
guessing anything that’s true that’s
true all right now a fish on sakai’s
side as well yeah it looks like a tile
fish from the Snapper family yeah that
looks good doesn’t have a challenger
with red snapper Sakai with sweet snacks
yes I have a list of ingredients that
sakaisan has in a pot on his side milk
fresh green granulated sugar and saffron
here it is okay that’s fresh cream right
Fresh Cream well could it be a curry
flavored dessert perhaps or what too
early to say I’m saying maybe ice cream
what Curry ice cream nah nobody said
that before no that’s because there is
no such thing not here yes that’s the
breast meat okay Challenger side
sizzling in the pan you know nobody’s
used any spices so far no yeah no so far
Curry free zones on both sides you know
what he’s not just going to saute this
and then just add the curry flavor I
think he’s going to slice it further and
and do some more little intricate
flavoring that’s my my guess anyway at
this moment all right and the Challenger
ooh that looks nice flipped and now
Sakai and this is looking like Curry
that does yeah
that’s all right what do you think
you’ll have a curry rice dish right
pretty sure about that
focus on yes I put that exact question
to Iron Chef Sky will you make curry
rice and his reply was oh yeah a very
special curry rice a la Iron Chef on its
way all right sounds good oh yeah Iron
Chef French hiroyuki Sakai posted a
pretty good record last year 13 wins
only three losses and he always seems to
have a little extra battling against a
French cuisine opponent and what’s this
Challenger side here yes yeah and this
bowl on the Challenger side is an
interesting combination of curry powder
honey and EXO my goodness honey and
Chinese EXO sauce honey what’s EXO sauce
what do you make of that well it’s a
saucer of paste for seasoning used
mainly in Chinese cooking but it was
developed by a chef in Hong Kong only
about the mid 80s not that old and it’s
pretty spicy so EXO means extraordinary
could be I got it for Brandy yeah that’s
true all right now look at the fried
duck beautiful
okay so the yellowish item over there
that doesn’t have curry powder not yet
nope all right now taking the pan with
the duck over to the sink and a nice
golden brown charred Circle yes into the
oven maybe yeah here he goes with it
yeah go ahead yeah thank you I just
wanted to add that oyster sauce has also
been added to this sauce wow you were
right yeah oh good job it was a good job
wasn’t it yeah that one is looking great
too oh yeah a little appetizer there
maybe gotta say so far you got to be
impressed with how the Challenger’s
operating in this one oh so quick and
smooth very confident looking keeping
his powder dry yeah and showing off the
uh the youth there you know and at 35
youth on his side oh that’s a snapper
there Snapper where he’s going to roll
something up with it look like uh let’s
steal something inside of it like a salt
crust Grill maybe okay or maybe not huh
like a lid yeah he’s gonna cover it up
yeah right to seal the whole thing
exactly exactly right all right now
splashing some olive oil over the
contents of that one oh that’s a pretty
uh bold approach there back with Sakai
making some ice cream with curry what’s
his eye yes being poured from this bowl
is a blend of milk fresh cream saffron
egg yolks and curry powder which have
already been chilled in the fridge once
back to you all right man alive oh with
curry flavor I only said it as a joke
and the game might actually do it there
it is curry ice cream didn’t exist
unbelievable it does now but what will
it taste it tastes like probably like
Curry I guess
yes Curry matches with milk though so it
won’t be bad it’s a pie yes ceiling
operation with the pieces
and then in the oven right correct what
a job yeah and just the way it’ll seal
in the flavor it’ll be great and he’s
got a whole snapper in there and some
veggies as well and what about the
spices are they in already
um in this one no that was for the sauce
that he was making earlier right right
let’s open up some olive oil you know
and he’s using a wide variety of
approaches here using all the different
types of Curry spices and things I think
this is going to be really good yeah

now take a look at the Iron Chef right
here this is how you crush spices I’ve
never seen this before where did that
thing come from that was brought in just
for this battle all right extra
artillery I see exactly exactly all
right Iron Chef putting muscle to the
grindstone there yeah really getting
into it too yes it’s a really unique you
know they might have done it like this
in the Stone Age
well hang on no but you know in India
they even do that today yeah sure yeah
it looks like a stone age tablet or like
home plate or something having trouble
there looks like they failed on the ice
cream is not working the ice cream
machine appears to be jammed there oh
can’t get it in or out I think they put
a little bit in at first that hardened
up too much no go over there yeah they
should have just put everything in all
at once so it’s already hardened already
it does that fast yeah yeah I was a bit
worried about this when they put some in
first yep that one is stuck major mess
up over there oh look sakai’s checking
it out now hot looking good oh no maybe
wait a bit uh it could be yeah well
maybe use the machine on the Challenger
side I’m not sure he’s not going to use
it well letting it go for now back on
the curry here oh yeah Okay now what’s
up curry sauce and this just added to
the curry effort right that’s uh Chutney
I believe okay a chicken curry offering
to go with rice and adding Chutney Iron
Chef French gonna offer a curry rice
dish knowing the preferences at the
carried and the Challenger is making
soup as you said yes with the lobster
feel more lobster right so what’s he
gonna do with this uh no idea okay just
carry it around I guess
yeah this uh super brought the
challengers adding to this dish or at
least trying to anyways a combination of
olive oil or more Lobster broth and
curry powder and the Challenger has
admitted that he completely forgot about
it he forgot to add it before sealing it
off whoops you forgot about it I thought
the dish was made like that actually I
was gonna ask why why at it now and why
at it like that uh I’m glad I didn’t
make any comments on why he was doing
that no I wouldn’t have died he just
forgot no biggie each side messing up
one so far but this one still stands a
good chance of coming in relatively
unscathed sure you know it could have
tasted great even without it and without
letting us know about it I suppose check
this out ushimaru 2 using the stone
tablet to grind right yeah right is that
the same one did he wait for Sakai oh
yeah okay right they’re trying to cut
costs on the program I guess no no no no
they have to there’s one right there
it’s got to be fair no utensil Advantage
now this is uh Sakai doing what what is
this look how
yeah so Kai adding Chinese hot bean
paste to the curry right there oh that
would be a great match spice with curry
yes you’re right to flavor this dish in
the pot the Iron Chef has mango chutney
green Chutney jalapenos and Szechuan
tobanja all right the Iron Chef French
using the Szechuan hot bean paste that
plays such a key role in the cooking of
Iron Chef Chinese chin and now still on
it oh come on machine still looking
stuck there he’s still at it was he
doing it over well now it’s rotating
okay all right so we will have Curry ice
cream that’s something to look forward
to no I guess you have to try it it’s
all right now ushimaru cutting up a
pineapple curry powder goes well with
fruit oh it does it does okay and now
here what’s he got does this is it
that’s mango isn’t it mango yeah yeah I
think it’s mangoes okay two fruits and
now some foie gras looks like this nice
thick slices being set up there yeah I
wonder what he’s going to use this for
it looks like ham this is a very very
fresh fresh yeah so sauteed Foie gra
curry flavor no it’s not out of the
ballpark yes I asked John what he thinks
of the Iron Chef making Korean rice and
he said I can see that he’s planning to
make some good old-fashioned curry rice
but I’m going to counter that with a
modern creation of curry sauce and pasta
Curry for pasta well I’ve never even
heard it the only problem is we haven’t
seen the Challenger do any work to
prepare a pasta so far and so no idea
then of what type of pasta he’d use and
now what about the mix here that he’s
coating the foiego with that’s not
regular flour this one right here you
mean maybe it’s the curry flavor already
yes yeah in the mix that you’re talking
about he has combined regular flour and
curry powder okay I have a mix of those
too right that means that you uh guessed
right yeah saute yeah sauteed Foie GRA
with the curry flavor the flavor coming
from the coating the curry powder in the
right in there serving it up here but I
think I see the challenges pasta there
you go yeah some curry sauce on this
well according to what the curry sauce
over pasta now 30 minutes gone 30 to go
into the second half and all French
cuisine affair with the theme seasoning
curry powder and other spices a lot of
imagination in the cooking and this is
all over the tile fish sweet Snapper as
it’s written in Chinese characters could
you make out the other items I can give
it a shot there were onions uh some
turmeric I think and cardamom okay
cardamom all right Iron Chef having
crushed it yes the ingredient is being
used to bread the tile Fisher olive oil
curry powder mint slime long onion salt
pepper and cardamom wow okay I guess
different seasonings for a different
cooking purposes I guess for grilling
this one for grilling I think which way
either way okay no lose proposition and
the Challenger put some gelt in it this
is the one made from pineapples and some
other fruit I think okay it’s got to be
it’s got to be a dessert yeah yeah
fruity Curry dessert yeah it can’t be
anything else but really it’s got to be
any idea how we would finish this so
he’s going to chill it to to harden it
up yeah yeah
just by looking at that no yes you’re
probably right about the dessert the mix
that he’s working on in front of him is
made from orange juice pineapple bits
sugar saffron and gelatin definitely a
dessert yep no question saffron in it
there yeah how does this fit into the
curry theme that’s a very good point I
haven’t seen anything yes I asked the
Challenger how many dishes he’s planning
to finish and he said four he’s pretty
sure that he can make it he says he’s
thinking positive all right a quartet of
Curry themed dishes what the challenge
is promising to deliver and shimaru
unloading the cooked fruit mix chilling
it down Sakai now looks to be involved
with a straining operation and he’s got
some fried vegetables there okay I’m
thinking he’ll probably add these to the
curry sauce
okay the curry now with the vegetables
so what’s this this is going to go on
the rice I would think so yeah fried
vegetables later on right all right it’s
got some green peppers long onions yes
yeah the vegetables the Iron Chef Sakai
just added to this dish after frying
them or eggplant green bell peppers and
leeks all right a little different the
process from your everyday homemade
Curry and some more curry powder yes
maybe it adds body when fried because
the curry sauce is a bit thick you’re
right sure yeah is this really for the
rice though has to be yes I checked with
Dinosaurs to see how many dishes he’ll
have and he said four including that
great tasting curry rice all right my
four against your four we’re still not
sure how the tile fish is going to be
finished did they go into the oven
already
um well I don’t see them anywhere okay
we’ll see if we can find out where that
one has gone to we’re going to run out
of time

just uh hang there he’s not doing

nothing happening what’s he gonna do uh
raw no way well you know yeah like if
you just are really really fresh they
they could be Sashimi okay and now the
Iron Chef adding more to the curry this
is uh no I wonder what coconut milk oh
okay that’s it well again not so
surprising not really no it’s okay many
flavoring agents in there you know of
course also you see yogurt sometimes oh
yeah pouring it on milk being poured in
is that unusual no not at all yes I’m
not sure which dish he was referring to
but the Challenger was just talking to
himself a moment ago saying no no the
curry flavor is too weak in that one all
right don’t know which one that was but
he is having a mouthful of a taste test
right there so he knows he’s got a
problem with one of them but you know if
you put too much in there you can kind
of kill the flavor of everything else
too wild Chomp and he’s also working on
the presentation here and did I just see
five pieces no three
oh okay oh with the fogger at the bottom
man alive is that one rich saute Foie
gra curry flavor at the base and fried
duck meat infused with a mix of Curry
honey and EXO doubling down on the theme
Oh look The Iron Chef is going to pan
fry them that’s what he’s doing all
right well you see I told you oh not raw
as you said you are just covering your
bases huh so you just always listen to
this Fountain of Knowledge right not to
be eaten raw but not that’s big not that
big I heard you say it once well if
they’re fresh enough then I can you try
to cover your rear end what kind of
expert are you hey I’m used to it by now
okay enough about me let’s talk about my
career uh let’s get back to work here
what do we got pineapple yep ushimaru
cutting up another pineapple second one
today for the Challenger yes but he’s
done some slicing before yep and in the
front there is the bowl which has a mix
of pineapple and mangoes among among
other things which was cooked still
being cooled in another one here
children no not yet so this would be the
cold dessert then right perhaps put
these two together oh that could happen
yeah okay both will be used for the
dessert he’s making could be the case
now Sakai the rice
another treatment frying it up right
there garlic rice
butter butter sauce with garlic yeah
sure oh yeah anything either one of
those all right and let’s see yes yeah
in the frying pan besides the rice all
he has so far is shallots and olive oil
so no garlic thanks all right maybe
saitosan you were projecting your desire
for that huh still it is a seasoned rice
for the curry that Sakai is preparing
right there right good shot of it there
now here whoa oh that’s fairly normal
yeah you see that a lot yeah Curry okay
and flip-flopping the raisin rice yeah
yeah I’m told the raisins will also be
added to his ice cream as well all right
okay sweet raisins and spicy curry May
match but hardly conventional but we
have come to expect the unexpected from
Sakai and now on the other side ushimaru
hunkering down yeah one more thing in
the pot that Challenger has in his hand
is a syrup made from sugar and starch
syrup back to you okay thanks more for
the Sweet Tooth sprinkle it over a dish
I guess I think so too yes okay yes
decoration right right it could be sure
now back on the iron Chef’s side the
curries come off the stove looking like
it’s ready to be poured into the silver
serving Bowl right next to it yes yes
check that out that looks wonderful

at that a creamy Curry’s working on the

uh for you too right with that one oh
yeah for Gourmet like myself it’s not
such a big deal you are encroaching on
Doc’s too I’m gonna get ahead hey
beantime Sakai ready to Plate this one
okay and she’s using a lot dropping it
into the center right there heavy usage
of leaks by Sakai and got him in his
Curry offering as well we’re under 10
minutes left in this battle now this to
go with the uh with the tile fish okay
guess so oh doing good sirison well it’s
the only thing still out there process
of elimination what kind of friend are
you now huh no offense intended oh look
okay back on the challenge aside and
look at that the dessert the extra
pineapple there yeah okay and two
elements making up the dessert a moose
going on top there looks like right and
the visuals nice presentation the plate
is quite nice as well look at that yeah
it’s just really all in all a great
looking dessert might win some points
with that one cytosan yes because Curry
has that hot and spicy image but ending
with something refreshing would be great
great idea that would make sense okay
the dessert by ushimaru a great
illustration of the caliber of Chef this
young man is while the Iron Chef no
slouch over here presentation there’s
the tile fish going on right no that’s
not what you said before no nothing to
do with leeks instead the tile fish
being laid gently on a bed of asparagus
and rape leaves he’s doing okay I see
right right okay now back with ushimata
looks like it’s about to come out of the
oven the baked Snapper with the pie
crust covering let’s check it out oh wow
look at that oh this is so great

what dynamic that is but underneath the
Snapper baked in a curry sauce how is he
going to be able to check that out make
sure it’s cooked to his satisfaction
ushimatu wow how can you find out I
don’t think he’s going to open it up
right so he’s not going to open it is he
looks like he’s going to lift the pie
crust lid looks like they’re getting it
Loose from the pan but I guess you could
lift it off and take a look see how it
cooked now five minutes left five
minutes crunch time and for ushimaru a
big moment coming right here I don’t
think he’s opening it here you don’t
think so no when serving it just gonna
hold on keep it enclosed open it up
before the tasters oh wow and find out
then how it’s turned out that is a big
big bet oh you never know until you open
it you know his fate really depends on
this dish this is it definitely we shall
see Challenger rolling the dice gonna
let it ride out unopened in the last
four and a half minutes that’s going to
determine the verdict I think you’re
right I think now working on the pasta
believe it’s already been treated with
the curry sauce taking it off and now
Sakai let’s see a yellow powder here
that’s curry powder oh all right sir
what’s the matter it’s today’s theme
okay okay right all right I’m putting
this down onto the plates like that let
me take a shot I think the ice cream is
going to be plated right here I think
you called that one all right the curry
ice cream yeah a double dip of Curry for
that one you know what else can you do
though it’s today’s theme remember
that’s true oh look at this the sauce is
going on here okay right here right now
right right that’s the tile fish pan
fried with curry sauce and what was it
rape leaves asparagus four plus four a
steady diet of eight curry dishes coming
your way too much of a good thing no
I’ll be in heaven I’ll tell you oh check
out the Challenger here that’s his pasta
all right up close on it oh right in the
middle with I think that’s truffles
truffles there huh okay what happened to
that therapy thing where is that the
brown one you mean here we go okay all
right everybody play some bats this is
for what dish too easy right and there
it is very artistic so am I supposed to
eat this or do we just look at it or I
just feel like a kid in a candy store
and go nuts eat everything you get your
hands on absolutely and what a way to
wrap up the meal and now sakai’s ice
cream right here I see the raisins and
the ice cream raisins in there and Curry
flavoring in the ice cream and a light
sprinkling of curry powder on the plate
by Sakai on the plate yes another
excellent presentation and a good way to
conclude his meal too and now sauce time
for the Challenger is this the duck
laying it down and around the duck how
about the flavor too good I think fruity
okay now a minute to go the final 60
seconds yoshima wrapping it up on his
side I think he made these separately
you know I can’t remember which sauce
goes with which chef I’ll tell you both
men have been busy burying themselves
and making a number of sauces making use
of curry powder for some of the fanciest
Curry concoctions you’ll ever come
across the top man at the Terrace
Restaurant at the Westin Tokyo
Challenger ushimaru taking it to Iron
Chef French Sakai not a theme for
sinking one’s teeth into but a theme
calling for finesse and Imagination and
application by the chefs and look at
what the Iron Chefs come up with here
tile fish cooked with a number of spices
surrounded by a rich curry sauce and
finishing it right there
trying to hold on trying to hold the
fort for The Gourmet Academy and put a
hold on this young man Challenger
ushimaru’s the final seconds ticked down
and that’s it the
gun the curry powder battle is over
how are your dishes yes I always prepare
dishes that I’m proud to serve to any
Discerning Gourmet okay and uh I do
think I did that I see so that means
that you’ll win against our Chef Sakai
right I know he’s senior to me in this
world but uh I am confident I think okay
great so how’d this hour go today
um
it’s a type of seasoning you know and
it’s not a main element in dining
choosing the ingredients was a tough
part yeah but that said how did you do
well with an unusual theme I decided not
to create unusual dishes and adhere to
old-fashioned flavors and I thought this
would be the best way to go all right
Challenger ushimaru is offering four
dishes first roast duck honey and curry
flavor with curry flavored sauteed Foie

this stock is cooked just perfectly from
the curry it seems to go very well with
this duck meat now you added something

I can see your tactics starting off with
a less stimulating dish I can I can see
that in this dish

well I think opinions will be split over
the taste of the Snapper I’d say it’s a
bit too soft and The Taste has been well
drained in the soup I love the flavor of
this snapper
it’s kind of like
I don’t know Japanese Snapper stew in in
terms of its texture the vegetables are
very soft and they absorb all the
flavors but the aroma of the curry is
just a bit on the weak side I think
you’re right Curry should be
the essential ingredient but this isn’t
any different from ordinary base
I really like the choice of of pasta you
chose with this dish
it’s really quite good the way the you
know the curry sauce seeps into the
grooves of the pasta that’s very well
calculated well executed I think the
soft boiled egg is like an extra sauce
adding a new dimension to this but
um the curry is weak overpowered by the
flavor of the egg yolk yes too bad
for me because the previous dish was so
subtle it would be better if this had a
bit more impact in my opinion
the curry is the base it’s uh allowing
the sourness I mean the sourness of the
pineapple to harmonize perfectly in the
mousse very good thank you when I heard
Curry flavored moose I couldn’t imagine
what it would be like and was waiting
for the shock before the first bite but
the spice burst through in my mouth
saying yes today’s theme is curry
this is a masterpiece

it’s very good the sweetness of the
leeks and their soft texture it’s thrown
out so nicely as a starter this is a
great salad like dish yeah
sourness and sweetness are key in good
curry dishes you’ve certainly succeeded
in creating that Palace very nice
the crispy skin and the spicy sting and
the bitterness of the rape leaves are
what I intended to blend nicely
it’s very very good now sakaisan you
took the words right out of my mouth
really it’s really it’s the bitterness
here that ties these two together so
nicely
the sauce on the outside is not so
powerful but when you eat the skin you
really notice that this is a curry
flavored dish
here it comes what they’re all looking
forward to curry rice Sakai Style
this curry sauce is so mysterious it’s
sweet and oh
although you said you added tobanjan
paste I can sense other kinds of
spiciness in this to highlight the
sweetness of the other elements it’s
Curry but pleasant but as you eat you
start sweating yeah that’s right it’s
the third dish and the spices are
heating up but my taste buds are getting
used to it I see all sorts of
ingredients in the rice
I don’t know I think I could have
enjoyed the sauce more without all of
those elements in the rice well I think
anyway
the ice cream is very soothing as it
melts in my mouth releasing the aroma of
Curry
and the Almond slices and raisins act as
nice Accents in the overall flavor kind
of sweet and tart
it started out mild it built up then
came the Korean rice with a punch then a
refreshing blast of soothing ice cream
very clever arranging the courses this
way the sweetness and bitterness and the
aroma of Curry were so well balanced
keeping their powder dry just a little
longer the verdict when we return
to
um
today’s degree of difficulty with the
choice of curry powder up a couple of
notches for both chefs Challenger
ushimatu the head man at the West in
Tokyo one day he could lead the way in
French cuisine Iron Chef Sakai he leads
the way now who takes it whose Cuisine
Reigns Supreme
