that’s a fantastic idea so in today’s
video we’re actually going to take a
look at this Tri Point Homes bottel home
which is right behind me now if you’re

now we’re going to be taking a look at
this home we’re over in perland Village
we’re looking at TriPoint homes and this
is the casoria model home as you can see
it’s got kind of a Mediterranean feel
going to It Mediterranean I’d say a
mixture of Mediterranean SL like modern
that’s got the metal roof right here but
you’ve got shingle right over here this
nice little combination and again we’re
over in that model home park and you can
see some pretty nice licking homes these
are all going to be sold once these
sections are getting ready to close out
so you could get this model home or you
could get the same floor plan let’s go
inside and take a look at everything
here you can see we’ve got these
gorgeous french glass doors as you come
in now this home has got a three car
garage it’s actually just over here
behind this wall it’s not built out yet
so we’re not going to go over there but
you’ve got the formal dining with the
