today we’re showing you not one not
three but two ways to take your fries to
the next
level here in the mythical kitchen where
we are family we often love sharing food
and our favorite food to share is french
fries is something we would say if it
were true but we realized that the most
recent food we shared was spicy Nigerian
goat feet yum design but today we will
not be sharing fries we will be sharing
the Ecstasy of
Victory pow yeah that was a weird thing
to say point is we’re going to make two
different loaded fries against each
other and then we’re going to see if me
and Nicole can finally team up to take
down Lily who is a beast oh my God who’s
with me Li is the LeBron James of this
kitchen and I am just the smos Parker

what are you talking about we decided we
were going to make this before you
brought like 80 bucks worth of Nigerian
takeout for lunch yesterday and now all
I want to eat is Nigerian can we throw
all this away and just make a gooi we do
have leftover a gooi in the fridge so if
you really want to make like loaded um
Nigerian fries I’m not against it but I
think I don’t think we have can we get a
Jud wait can we get a judges ruling
what’s the ruling of if we just take
leftovers out of the fridge and put it
on fries does that still count as a win
when we win I don’t think so dang it
this sucks I know this place stinks I
hate it here I hate it here we’re making
Peri Perry chicken I love Peri Perry
chicken I love Perry Perry chicken and I
love how much you like to talk about
Perry Perry chicken and you love the way
that I pronounce p Perry chicken do it
like kind of pisses me off why does it
piss you off did you not watch Blood
Diamond bro I did watch blood diamond
and jamond hansu is j a babe per Perry
for be don’t know it’s a Portuguese
influence but really took off in MOS
Beque it is very popular in South Africa
and then a bunch of commonwealth
countries nandos get a cheeky nandos
love nandos this is basically cheeky
Nando fries right here cheeky well I
think Nando has a loaded fries on their
menu but this is this is nothing like it
I’ve only had nandos in South Africa oh
cool and they have a lot of pop and
chakalaka I’ve been to nandos in the UK
and I just remember eating the best
chicken wing of my life so that’s why
we’re here and yo what you want to quit
our jobs say no more let’s do it right
now what do you want to doch franchise
okay so we got garlic we have a scotch
bonnet in there uh Perry would typically
refer to just the bird’s eye chili but I
want to get this real spicy man I want
to feel the burn cuz he got a bunch of
fat from the cheese and the fries in
there we’re getting some fresh Rosemary
so Josh is making a homemade Perry Perry
sauce and I’m making a really beautiful
delicious cheese sauce to go with it I
put a little bit of Gudda in there
because I think what like the Dutch went
to South Africa for a little bit right
it’s pronounced Kaa on the p p chicken
it hurts and I don’t have an instrument
wait idea scrape it with a lemon you
could just ask ask me for an instrument
no the lemon perfumes the aromatics that
aromatize the perfume and that’s called
cooking that’s called perfuming hold on
hold on hold on yeah right so we’re
adding some roasted bell pepper and
onion into the Perry Perry sauce and
then we’re going to add some of our
dried spices here we got paprika we got
a little bit of cayenne I want that
dried Dusky chili heat we got a little
bit of dried chili patter this is going
to be really spicy oh you got a little
bit of coriander this going be really
spicy but that works well with fries and
also all I want eat spicy food okay what
do you need I need I need I a should I
thin this out with a little bit of water
um I can get you some water I got water
no Ni no can I get no Nicole can I get
you anything you want look Roy you want
an Ean fi yeah can you give me a hot
water with lemon my voice so when I talk
a lot on the podcast or like on the show
my voice my voice box gets a little bit
like uncomfortable should I start doing
that I mean does your voice get
uncomfortable no never I’ve been keep
talking you heard of Elite yelpers I’m
an elite yapper he’s a pro yapper and
I’m a pro Napper the other day somebody
asked me about my tattoos and I was like
oh I’m a chef what I just say for ease
and then they unironically looked me in
the face and just said oh I’m a Yelp
Elite and I went is that your job do you
get paid to be a yel oh no you don’t get
paid to be a yeline you just uh become
the worst person in the world it’d be
really cool if you could get paid to be
a y all right we’re going to blend this

ahead I’ve known you for a really long
time and I’ve never known you as a

you know what I mean I’m such a shy
person that doesn’t like making a
spectacle of himself so stupid and so um
no I got to start diversifying the song
though cuz I’ve been doing it too much
and people are getting bored of like

we talk about how Pablo Honey is the

could make our own fries from scratch we
can’t do a better job than orida extra
fast food fries if you don’t believe us

ranked all the frozen fries and decided
that this was the winner and we fully
agreed these are so freaking good
they’re so good super crispy drop these
in the fry should we tell the people a
little secret about these french fries I
don’t even do I know the secret yeah I
no I told you it secret it’s the it’s we
we use them for last meals a lot yeah we
do we do we do full disclosure a lot of
the times we do make homemade fries but
sometimes these just work really really
really well H don’t just dump them
straight in like I do do something saf
crazy she’s so crazy I love her my gosh

are we going to hire the Yelp Elites to
come review our Nando’s franchise yeah I
think we should do you want me to make

in Los Angeles never thought I’d see the
day but I’m so glad that I did I walked
in and the floors are very clean and the
service staff was friendly I ordered the
quarter chicken extra spicy for me I
thought it would be too hot but then I
ate it and I said wow that’s such
incredible flavor I got a side of the
colaw I found it a little bit under
seasoned but still it’s colaw who really
cares everything about my experience at
Nando is absolutely fantastic no
available street parking I got a ticket
one star that as how you yo buly you
want me to chop barsley yeah nice and
fine nice and fine chef I didn’t put
anything underneath the cutting board
well no The Cutting here’s the thing The
Cutting Board has non-slip feet and as
you can see it’s doing such a good job
as we just air hockey this around you
want me to hold this for you yeah yeah
hold it yeah can just no but hold it

I’m going to get a boo boo you’re doing
great I think you’re doing great I’m not
doing much you’re doing as good as Deion
waiters did in this play off on to the

at how CRA instead of the traditional
salt we’re going to go with chicken Salt
look at that CRA um I think it’s nice it
imparts a really nice Umami flavor and
you can literally see the MSG Flex in it
and I’m really into that cuz MSG Flex
kind of look like fiberglass which to me
says eat this put it in your mouth yeah
yeah I agree I’ve always wanted to eat
glass David blae eats glass and he’s K
he’s a hero yo I love David Blain I feel
like I could have a really riveting
conversation with David bla do you think
that he would feel the same about you

the chicken is incredibly spicy Perry
Perry is super aromatic and like bright
as well there’s a lot of grease in here
but got some fresh per Perry saucing on
Top you I feel like you have like a
license to contract these contract what
like like you’re really good at make
building these like a contractor you
could be a contractor if you wanted to
if you wanted to apply yourself I don’t
think I want to apply myself if I’m
being honest on on anything really you
ever think about that you’re like yeah
we could have been franch hard enough
and then you’re like do I want to no not
at all not at all Yum Yum Yum now what
it’s wet with cheese yum yum yeah keep
saying that keep saying that I like the
positive affirmations good yum good yum

feel like you’re getting a little flat

losses where I kind of just like feel
bad for him I feel like sorry for him do

to this um this is a great if you’ve
never made like homemade mozzarella you
just like rent it and there’s like this
whole proc process but you can find
cheese curds like at a local cheery
store or even like I’ve seen it at like
the
Pavilion um and it’s just like a fun way
to get into mozzarella making I’m going
to start putting my my hands in this hot
water and kind of working it like this
it’s burning but yeah I feel like we’re
kind of just breaking all of the F rules
like the point of fuz is to have this
really clean pure broth it’s soup and
we’re literally just putting it on fried
french fries
adding cheese there’s butter in the
broth now so to all the Vietnamese folks
to get mad at us I think they would
support us es especially the ones that
are from La cuz this is something they
would eat at a festival it’s Fusion okay
okay I’m going to continue working this
mozzarella working the Sriracha in there
and then we’re going to ball it up and
pinch it off and we’ll move on to the
next
step fing fing f are you you want street
frighter is is that like um GTA no but
they do do that move in GTA oh really
they’re in a yeah when they’re like you
know about to steal somebody’s car
they’d be like oh oh oh no I’m my car is

s filet a nice fillet that’s been sousi
in some of the fa bra cuz we really want
to make them taste like foking fries
right we got to bring the essence out
yeah so I’m going to cut this and Pat it
dry I’m going to make a a powder these
are dehydrated hoys and cheets that Lily
was dehydrating for two days um it
reminds me of fruit not Froot Loops uh
what’s the what’s the fro Loops no
there’s a candy that’s crunch Loops no
oh my God what is it called I can’t
think Che for rollup fruit rollup oh oh
yeah cuz it’s kind of leathery yeah
we’re just going to to see how this goes
I’m going to throw all this in a blender
and kind of make it super fine and we’re
going to sprinkle it over our fries
later we’re going to put this on here oh
yeah okay this is sweet enough to go on
a cake you want

Moz this is a nice orange color does it
taste like Sriracha it tastes like sta
when was like the first time you had F I
feel like it’s like the gateway drug to
like vienamese like that’s what you eat
initially when you’re getting into V
venese food um surprisingly f is my
favorite hangover food when I’m like
super lit off of like tequila yeah I
love it as a hangover food the next
morning I just need broth and something
very it cleans youling it cleans you out
for my sour tummy cuz that’s what tequil
look you your sour tummy yeah it gives
you sour tummy you know about Sour tummy
no so me and my brother when we were in
college um we went to college in two
separate cities but we would go eat F in
the morning and the little Vietnamese
lady her name was Hannah she she loves
my brother do that’s not her original
name it’s definitely not that is her
American name um but she was a very nice
lady she loved my brother to death cuz
he was this big 65 guy and love loves
him no like I think she had a crush on
on him okay cuz she would come and bring
the bowl and she’d be like a little
extra broth a little extra noodle enjoy
your
soup these look so good these look
really pretty okay we’re putting them in
a cast iron like deep dish pan um
because we’re going to boil the cheese
on there we want some nice melty cheese

kind of like inspired by like poutine
absolutely with the cheese curds and the

Perry mayonnaise Perry Perry sauce uh
more lemon juice on top onions parsley
just a big old flavor bomb in your mouth
and the bomb went off oh my God that is
really good too baby you like it you
guys are really good at your job I’m so
happy to be here a good job honestly
Minnie so are you but know that if
Nicole and I lose we are leaving this
place to open a Nando franchise and we
we don’t know what’ll happen to the
business
Mindy do you feel that you can reach a
valid conclusion right now I think I can
actually all right Mindy I’m going to
