steak poutin now poutin is clearly a
goated dish but when I see it I think
what I think when I see most things I
bet a steak would be good on that
seasoned up a good Rancher ribeye simply
with SPG cooked off in a cast iron pan
in that same pan we build our gravy all
that fond and burn bits from the steak
take our gravy up to an 11 4 tbsps of
butter and 4 tbsp of flour let that R
cook for 2 to 3 minutes then mix in 4
cups of beef stock let that simmer and
reduce for 15 to 20 minutes just enough
time to make fries rusted potatoes cut
into fries fried in 350° oil until
golden brown hit them with some salt
pepper and secret ingredient parmesan
while they’re hot give them a toss and
time to assemble we really don’t give
our Canadian neighbors enough credit for
creating this masterpiece of poutin
cheese curds plenty of gravy finish with
our steak and green onions on

As a Canadian, looks good but the steak needs to be in chunks (this is already done), otherwise you’re not gunna get the proper mix of ingredients.
