As a French American who did half of high school in Atlanta Georgia and the other half in Lyon, France, French school lunches are incredible compared to American school lunch. I remember kids would in the US would just throw their lunch away and get eat cookies, a bag of chips, gatorade and maybe ice cream.
And those weren't snails.. they're "bigorneau", a type of shell fish
and it can be done easily.buy local and buy seasonal. one does not need in December Strawberries or grapes or whatever from half away around the world. (50 years Chef…)
Tried to tell people i know how they do in schools in other countries…. and america is suppose to be so great and above every other country in the world
