  1. Why am I bothered by the fact that Alex isn't wearing mask in front of butter kneading machine and speaking french non stop for good 10 mintues. Have some respect to the manufacturer and their manufacturing process

  2. so you accepted a betterhelp sponsorship. is that because you're desperate for money, have no respect for your viewers, or both?

  3. The Better Help sponsorship is really disappointing. I strongly advise you to look into them as a company before accepting them as a sponsor again.

  4. What's about butter made of raw milk vs pasteurised milk ? There's a lot to dig in. Bordier is a real nice company but it's not a butter maker.

  5. I love it when you see a product that you think of as a simple, basic product and you see someone with such a speciality of knowledge of that product that they can elevate it in your mind just by talking about it.

  6. Here is the secret: Good butter for cooking due to the nutty aroma it develops when browning, but way too funky and dry for eating raw. That’s why it’s popular in kitchens. For spreading on bread I much prefer beurre d’Isigny.

  7. Bring back the Butter fridge magnets!!! Strive to get Butter everyday, The Good, The Butter, The Bad…

  8. I have no idea what the better help controversy is. Will someone help explain that?

  9. Okay, that was REALLY COOL!
And I just got back to making my own butter 2 weeks ago, for the first time since I was a small person.

  10. So, the farmers sent you the butter, which is already made, and you add salt, call it a superior product and charge 10x to the customer? Sounds like a rip off

  11. Instead of the refrigerating my butter should I vacuum seal my butter and store it with my potatoes? I will try that.

  12. Im kinda disappointed that they don't produce the butter themselves. It s a renowned butter and they don't do the butter… Im a bit confused 😅

  13. Your content is so inspriring to so many people – but i guess most of all want to see perfectioned classic recipies … to learn and say in the end " i found now the perfect way of cooking pasta carbonara" or similar… there are so many classics to perfectionate … please stick with that .. because i (just because of you) found so many perfect recipies for me and my family… who cares for butter and chips? Make "pasta assasina" (if this exists), croque monsieur… gratin… or dishes from other countries – perfect curry or perfect "Königsberger Klopse" 🙂 traditional dishes everyone wants to learn how to cook

  14. @gurugurumawaru7869 People didn't say he should never get a sponsorship again and only get money from AdSense. As @andrewfarrell6120 was saying, Alex should find and get a better sponsorship, like Made In Cookware, since Alex makes culinary documentaries, so it makes sense that he should get a sponsorship from Made In Cookware. Plus, many people use Made In Cookware, and you can see the reviews of it.

Stop putting your words into people's mouths like saying people are saying that Alex should rely on AdSense, you're the one who brings that up. You're making it sound like Alex isn't going to make any money by canceling his BetterHelp sponsorship (and once again, people never said Alex should never get a sponsorship again; people said Alex should find a better, more appropriate sponsorship). And no, I'm not saying Alex is a rich person.

When Scott Shafer exposed Established Titles (even people have been calling out years ago before Scott Shafer did), many well-known YouTubers (such as Philip DeFranco and SomeOrdinaryGamers) dropped their sponsorship with Established Titles. Established Titles said that the plots were "a fun gift, meant for a good laugh" and that customers are aware of this; this has been refuted. According to NBC News, customers have reported they believed they were buying land.

The question is; did those YouTubers can't get any money from now on, after dropping their Established Titles sponsorship? So why can't Alex drop his BetterHelp sponsorship? BetterHelp isn't the only sponsorship on YouTube.

You are also assuming things like people who complain about Alex's BetterHelp sponsorship aren't patrons. And no, I'm not saying that people who complain about Alex's sponsorship are patrons, and I'm not saying people have the money to support Alex through Patreon either.

Reading your reply to @tacosyk's and @MatthiasvTrigt's comments, it seems you're the type of person who says that people who get scammed deserve it because they didn't research, instead of helping and informing those who got scammed, and thinking that BetterHelp is everywhere, which makes it fine to get a sponsorship from them, respectively. An analogy would be that social media collects personal information from you that harms your privacy, does it make it fine because so many companies do it? People have the right to call out these things.

Also, how will Alex know that BetterHelp is a scam if we're quiet about it? (And if you reply that Alex knows BetterHelp is a scam, how did you know? You're also assuming things).

  15. Seems a little weird that they get already made butter in blocks. I expect them to be making it from scratch, not modifying it.

  16. Been a long time follower, love your vids, but you gotta stop the betterhelp promo, I mean, for sure you've heard how unethical they've been. I don't think promoting them looks good for you.
