Ingredients:
28 oz (800 g) potatoes

Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1-1.5 oz (30-40 g) of hard cheese

Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

Hi friends, today we are going to make delicious baked potato wedges with cheese and breadcrumbs, which will be a great side dish or appetizer for your table. To start with, we will need 28 ounces of potatoes. We don’t peel them, just wash them well under running water.

Then we cut the potatoes into slices and pour water over them. Add half a tablespoon of salt and put on the fire. Once the water boils, cook for 6 minutes, then drain.

Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl. Now add aromatic paprika – one teaspoon, black pepper and salt to taste, as well as a little vegetable oil for juiciness. Stir everything together so that the spices evenly coat each slice. The next step is to add one tablespoon of flour and one tablespoon of breadcrumbs.

This will give our potatoes a crispy crust. Mix well again. And, of course, don’t forget the cheese – grate 1-1.5 ounces of hard cheese and add it to the potatoes. Cheese will make our dish especially tasty and flavorful.
