Product it’s a mess so let’s get into it the last time we talked about the pink sauce Dave’s gourmet was trying to clear their name after all the allegations Chef P was making both on Tik Tok and her GoFundMe she had made a goami seeking $100,000 to help her afford rent
School supplies for her children and to cover legal fees she claimed that Dave had stopped paying her wasn’t being honest about how much they owed her and refused to reimburse her for marketing EX expenses Dave’s denied all these allegations telling multiple different news outlets that they had actually paid her over
$120,000 and continued to make any and all payments on time well Chef P didn’t agree with that she posted a video to her YouTube channel and continued to claim that Dave wasn’t paying her and was even hiding things from her well first of all I want to acknowledge this
$120,000 that they’ve responded to to the blog saying that they paid me so number one it wasn’t an upfront payment of $120,000 straightforward it was it was sent to me partially but it they were partial payments and then also a huge chunk of that money went towards me
Paying for Airbnb and paying for hotels because mind y’all I was homeless for 6 months she noticed that her quarter 1 was paid to her before any expenses whereas quarter 2 looked much different my royalty is supposed to be paid to me before any expenses when I received my
Royalty for quarter one it was paid to me before any expenses now that I’m uncomfortable and they know that I would have been hiring legal help they make this bogus excuse as to why they’re putting expenses on top of my royalty it does not work like that

How she was broke so they would send her all these advances trying to help her out that eventually led to Chef P trying to get Dave to cover unrelated expenses like her grocery bills shoes dresses and even a birthday party they also explained why there was a huge
Difference with her quarter 1 royalty payment compared to quarter 2 it sounds like they took pity on her because with the advances deducted her payment wouldn’t have been enough to survive on so they rolled it over to quarter two and that’s when she saw the deductions during the second quarter when Daves
Deducted what was owed to them that’s when Chef P got mad and requested that dav’s paid her for her time spent on marketing which was never in the contract that’s where we left off last time but since then Dave has come out with even more tea they’ve gone back to
Their original statement and have added even more contacts and receipts writing February 2023 Shaw attempted to submit business expense reports for personal expenses like buying four pairs of sneakers or expensing her entire grocery bills Dave SC informed her that such activities are fraudulent and asked a lot of questions related to receipts
