Two of our favorite things to put on The Griddle well we like putting just about everything on The Griddle but up there on the list pizza and grilled cheese sandwiches today we’re going to marry the two of them and this is Adam’s idea right we want to do a margarita grilled
Cheese sandwich because we’ve got some of the world’s best cheese and we want to put it on the sandwich so there we go you want to see how we knock this amazing grilled cheese sandwich out of the park stick around while we dig in I can’t believe the wall twins they’re
Right there that’s one of them that’s the other one I’m the another one Brett would it surprise anyone if we forgot to include something in the groceries as we filmed them many might be surprised that we forgot the butter that never happens it always happens but speaking
Of bread get to the grocery so people know what’s going on in this one well here we go as the star of this show we love this Bel jooo cheese today we’re using two different kinds we’ve got this parmesan Romano freshly shredded uh parmesan cheese that we’re going to be
Using also this is one of their newer products is this fresh mozzarella it’s lower moisture for better baking so if you want to do like a flatbread pizza in the oven or something like that sourdough bread and Margarita Pizza this Rouse sauce we love it and of course
Basil that rounds out the margarita it does and as pointed out previous not filmed the butter this will be to butter the bread as we toast it I’m not gloved up bread is Brett’s going to be running the show I’m going to be barking orders
At him let’s get to it so right now what we got going on bread is cooking and like I said I’m going to kind of get through this now what we were do or walk him through this what he’s doing right now is he’s actually buttering one side
He’s going to do this for all and then he’s going to once he once they’re done we’re going to butter The Griddle he’s going to lay it so that way we can get butter on both sides that was kind of a thought we had cuz uh we want this super
Buttery and super delicious e it’s going to be oh it’s going to be delicious E I can guarantee that’s e right and Brett we’re not throwing any seasoning in this right the only thing is is going to be the seasoning of the rayo’s uh Margarita sauce yes obviously that cheese that’s
Going to be spectacular The Griddle is set to low all the way low and we’ve got two of the five burners on these two burners are on the rest are off and the whole idea is just butter this section and we’ll lay the unbuttered side of the
Bread down so go ahead and lay a couple and then you can get more butter down that’s looking pretty hot that’s going to toast up pretty fast is and this is going to be I’m going to have to build very very quick on this quick so this is
Going to be the key I love this look at this Margarita grill cheese sandwich nice open easy to open peel open yep so I’m going to open this this is again and that fresh mozzarella uh it’s it has a little less moisture so it’s better for baking or cooking something like this
But well one thing we appreciate is it’s already kind of pre-sliced so you can see some of the slice marks there I don’t want to touch it there but look at those pre-sliced br’s going to start pulling them off oh are we going to flip
Oh as soon as we flip we’re going to start building so let me ask you this Adam how toasted do you want the I want it nice and toast so we’re trying to figure out how we want to do this cuz we want these like parmesan crusted so what
We’re going to do is we’re we’re going to toast both sides while we build the sandwich after flipping first then we’re going to lay some Parmesan on The Griddle toast and lay it in the toast like we’ve done before when we get some of these grilled cheese sandwiches or uh
We do like grilled cheese burritos or whatever we lay it in the cheese on The Griddle so we’ll get back at it we’ll be good to go how’s they looking how’s they looking how’s they looking how’s they looking they looking modify good and I do appreciate it’s taking a little bit
Of time can you smell the sour you can totally smell that sourdough you smell that sourdough gri good right all right so this is one of those Cooks on the griddle Brett and I were just talking about that we can go low and slow the bread is just finally toasted so this is
Already buttered so we’re going to give it a flip Perfect all right and then this is the side we’re going to build in this is one of those where we want that crispy bread all the way through so we are toasting both sides and now the fun part Brett
Right here now the Moselle so you think just full pieces like that and just kind of Chunk it around all right so we’re going to get as much of now this is going to melt and this is thick cheese Next Step we’re going to get the Rayos
And then the Basel Lees so now we’re just going to kind of drizzle that in there you go there we go I cannot wait a little parm in there and then get the basil all right basil now so the Palm can be closest to the bre there we go
Not going to lie you were a little uneven over here my dude yes I was let’s let’s make things even Steven this just smells unreal are you kidding I know there we go and the basil BR you like the flavor of the basil with is so delicious now did you guys put your
Basil leaves on The Griddle before you cooked them no we did just like this this okay just two or you going to put a couple more for that one gets three that one gets oh cuz these are bigger I see then sprinkle a little bit of um the
Magic on there we’re going to fairy dust it with the parmesan Romano just a little oh my stars this smells so good all right so now we’re going to top them off let’s check that other side okay so now now those are toasted right so we
Can leave them on okay so both sides are toasted but you can see the bottoms aren’t burning at all we’re going to leave it like this for just a little bit oh do we want a do it do it start that cheese melting and then we’re going to
Melt a little bit more parmesan after so we’ll give this a minute and then uh we’ll be back so so here we go the sandwiches are done bre I like the pacing of this like we’re able to really control this okay so we’re going to do
Two stacks of cheese are we going to do both sides uh sure okay there we go lay that in there like thusly thusly and this can go for a while this cheese really is hard to burn right so we’ll just watch that for a minute and enjoy the soft sizzling
Sounds and the wonderful aroma so now we got to work under the cheese we want to make sure the cheese stays intact so Brett’s going to work around the edges good thing you put those really close together that was your best great angle right there you go work at silly work them silly
Gators all right there you go my dude yeah looks like that first one is starting to so what I’m going to do move this over just a sco yeah this is still stuck back here just the back is still stuck there you go okay I’m going to so I can have put some
Cheese here and flippity eah flippity a flippity a like it’s hot Drop it like it’s hot and drop it like you’re not all right we’re going to give those a flip into the parmesan oh we can get Let It Go a little bit longer Brett get a nice
Toast on there all right this one’s good you can go ahead I guess at this point cuz it is on low so we can have flip it if we want it a little bit darker we’re going let that ride out those on and on Burner yeah yeah okay perfect we’ll let
Those go when those get a little dark we’ll flip them we’ll cut them and we’ll serve them up all right all right all right so we did want to get this side a little darker we’re hoping the other side got darker and Brett made a point
Because you can kind of tell look it looks the same it’s all the same y it looks great there we go those Brett I think those are looking as good as those are going to look which isn’t that bad with me it looks absolutely a amazing
All right we kill the heat we’re going to go ahead and Sho some beer roll let’s go ahead and uh cut cut these up Well there it is in all its Glory all of its Glory we’re going to try to hurry and get this in we’ve got the the neighborhood lawn crew uh been out um blowing the leaves and everything we think they’re on their way back so we
Kind of want to get into this one not much to say anyway is that crusted I mean where’s look yeah yeah that’s parmesan crust that parmesan crust but I’m so excited we’re going to try it pure without we’ve got a little a little bowl of the of the
Margarita sauce so this is the margarita grilled cheese sandwich exactly we figured that sauce could be like the tomato soup when you have a traditional grilled cheese sandwich BR like we say can look amazing these look absolutely amazing they really do like we say he can smell amazing oh the whole time I’ve

Really is it’s like you said it’s like it really does taste like a marar like we’re eating a margarita pizza like a calzone folded in half here M it it’s one of those it’s Exquisite the flavor profile is it’s it’s it’s unmatched you get the pungent flavor that the depth
With the parmesan the basil the soft um pillowy um just gooiness of that mozzarella mozzarella and the sourdough as thin as it is it’s got the Integrity it didn’t SOG up with the cheese as well as the sauce it’s perfect didn’t talk it up at all this is so I absolutely love

These cheeses have got it going on like d and I want to say this what when we were doing the parmesan crust Adam was worried that it was going to be too overpowering with the parmesan flavor it is not now if you hate parmesan cheese
This might not be the thing for you but the parmesan cheese is not overpowering you get a perfect blend of everything from the sauce from the mozzarella that mozzarella is so creamy the basil and then the sauce and of course the sourdough it’s just a nice touch and the
One thing that I would add about that I don’t like too much parmesan and this isn’t what it does is partway through I’m like wait should we use put some usual sus suspect some seasoning in there and cuz I was worried with the mozzarella and a little bit of the Rails
Maybe it wouldn’t have enough of a of a strong flavor a little Bland the parmesan gives it that extra flavor that you salty yeah really perfect yep savoriness that you need Yes Man aside from coming and knocking out bangers like this thank you Bel Jo yoso we love
