– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– A pinch of salt
– 40 grams of unsalted butter
– A couple of drops of vanilla extract
– 500 ml of regular 3% warmed milk
– Olive oil
– Your favorite fruits for filling

Recipe:

Step 1: Prepare the Batter

– Start by cracking 3 eggs into a mixing bowl.
– Add 250 grams of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and 50 grams of unsalted butter.
– A couple of drops of vanilla extract for that wonderful flavor.
– Mix it all together in a mixer until you have a smooth, uniform substance.

Step 2: Add the Milk

– With the mixer running on low, slowly pour in 500 ml of regular 3% warmed milk.
– Keep mixing until everything is well combined, and you have a lovely, thin batter.

Step 3: Heat the Pan

– Now, take a pan and moisten it with a touch of olive oil.
– Heat the pan until it’s nice and hot.

Step 4: Cook the Crepes

– Pour a ladleful of your crepe batter into the hot pan.
– Swirl the pan around to spread the batter thinly.
– Cook for about a minute or until the edges start to lift.
– Gently flip the crepe and cook the other side for another minute or until it’s beautifully golden.
– Repeat until you’ve made all the crepes you desire.

Step 5: Add Your Filling

– Now comes the fun part! You can fill your crepes with your favorite fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, or bananas.
– Fold them up, and they’re ready to serve!
