Valentine consulting yes valentine consulting um provides business solutions for small businesses so we essentially step into the gap and we help business owners and entrepreneurs to do strategy development program development marketing um and team assessment the different things a lot of entrepreneurs and small business owners
Don’t have the time to do so we step into that gap and we really immerse ourselves in their dreams to really help them to be successful and one of the things that we really pride ourselves on is our social media work so we’re really helping companies to use a very inexpensive
Way to market their businesses and go viral by converting the traditional marketing methods into the social media space like facebook linkedin twitter et cetera i know these days everybody’s on twitter and facebook so yeah you’re starting to keep up with everybody yeah definitely wait to get
The word out definitely and it’s a lot of fun you know why not have fun while you work so i know that’s how i finally started your business exactly so we’re going to start with the creme brulee part of um the french toast so we have butter uh brown sugar and corn
Syrup so i’m gonna put it into the sausages yes ma’am all right so this is an easy recipe to do since that’s that claim she does not cook so we’re going to wash her so next time you have a brush feel free and then let’s see you need a tablespoon

We actually put out there and how much attention that people do exactly twitter 140 characters to say what you have to say so we’re going to have the butter melts we’re almost there it’s actually how did you come up with the name downside consulting valentine is actually named after my dad um that
Was his middle name and i was actually my grandfather’s first name and he’s deceased and i always said i wanted to name something after him and it seemed fitting to me my business after him because i’m not rich yet to be able to name a room after him
But he always wanted to be you know have his own business and be entrepreneurial so you know i figured that hopefully somewhere he sees what i’m doing he realizes that you know this was all done in memory of him oh that’s so sweet i was thinking about naming a banana in
That little bread that would be fun you know i’m already spraying bananas and so this is the creme brulee mix yes you usually have creme brulee for dessert but today we have it for breakfast that’s pretty much mixed up give me mine yes and you want to pour it on top
Can you get it cut this we’re going to pour it in this yep so pour it on the pan wow it smells good does that feel good you smell it it smells delicious all right so now we have a loaf of bread you can use some
Cauli bread today or you can use italian bread as well so we’re going to place a couple slices of bread on top of the cranberry mixture okay um how’s it work how this thing works they’re juice can you take it to the living room thank you but
Okay i’ll come with you in a few minutes thank you yeah so put it right there let’s put that little slice there um another one sure alright we’re gonna cover cause we’re hungry people there we go all right so now we have the five girlfriends and then now we’re gonna make the crown
For me this would be a very interesting video there’s no way i can cut him out of this okay so so we have eggs and what do i do now add a cream add half and half all right half a half you have vanilla okay and i’m buying three

Makes anyone better and if you don’t want to use green grenade you can also use orange orange juice as well and you watch see that whisk whisk and whisk away a lot of stuff in a bowl yes there is but it’s easy at least in
One bowl you don’t have to worry about a mess and it smells good the vanilla mixed with the grand marnier smells really good i can’t wait to eat this me either so how long do i whisk this for so the eggs are pretty much beaten okay you’re almost there this is hard work
No it’s not supposed to be easy no i mean that looks good it’s like playing we fit okay okay now pour evenly over the slices of bread okay evenly i’m not sure i’m the right person for easily oh no okay there we go yep all over that looks good it looks yummy
We go so we’ll make sure to sink and soak through okay it’s like making a rum cake so we’ll have this actually sit covered in the refrigerator for eight hours and then we’ll come back and we’ll let you know how it goes you get your oven mitts

Better absolutely i’m actually going to focus on twitter because i know a lot of feedback i get from my clients and from other people that they just don’t understand twitter and it takes a lot of time to use it and there are a couple of resources that i
Recommend to really help you manage it because you truly want to use twitter and leverage it to build a network it’s a great network building tool um so there are two uh two different resources there’s tweet later um and there’s hootsuite um s-u-i-t-e and both of those
Um allow you to set up auto reply so when someone follows you they’ll get an auto response which is a great customer service touch just saying thank you for following me you know stay tuned for more tips on social media et cetera whatever is um relevant to your business
And what you have to offer it also um allows you to track keywords and one of the keywords would be your um your twitter your twitter name so for at suzy turn i get a keyboard digest that tells me about all the people who have done
That replies to me you know or posted to me or whatever um whatever the case may be but it’s a great way for me to not make it manageable to stay on top of all the people to be able to favorite someone who may have posted something
Favorable to me that way i don’t have to go through all of the postings and track and figure out who did it when did they do it um because twitter just has so much data it really is hard to do it so use those two resources that will really
Help you to manage your network and um really establish some good customer service policies great the next time you have a class i’ll let everybody know because you have so much information and practical information that you can use so as soon as we’re done eating i will go
