cook peas , chopped potatoes and carrots after cooking put aside .. than in a bowl chop few sour pickles, 1 red hot chilli pepper, basil, bamboo and thyme put a tofu mayonnaise salt and pepper than when peas ,carrots and potatoes are little colder put it into bowl and mix it up.. before consuming put in into fridge to cool it …you could eat it with Pa(ve)gan Gnocchi like myself
