If you’re a big fan of Roasted Bone Marrow, you’re in for a real treat because this dish can cost buku bucks in European and French restaurants. Doing it your self at home, however, can cost pennies on the dollar. So it’s well worth tucking some of that cash away, for a rainy day, and brushing up those skills in the kitchen. Not to mention, the flare and presentation of this dish is enough to impress anyone. I also teach you how to make Beef Bone Broth using these Roasted Bone Marrow Bones so, get comfortable and let me show you how it’s done.

You know they say that roasted bone marrow is the butter of the Gods and I think I’d have to agree with that here I’ve got some beef knuckle bones and long Shanks that need to be cleaned nothing that a quick salt brine can’t handle just drown them in a large
Container cover with the lid and after 24 hours in the fridge you can dump the Brine and those bones will be so white you will think they were bleached and grillins easy just make sure that you don’t flip knuckle bones in a pan this
Is a good time to whip out a fresh herb topping with olive oil and lime it’s also traditional to slice up a French baguette and toast at the end of grilling and it only takes about 20 to 25 minutes before that color starts to set in and that bone marrow starts to
Boil but when it cools off it gets a real nice jellylike consistency but I promise it’ll spread like butter be sure to watch the full video tutorial and get the exact ingredients for my website

No doubt about it. Delicious right down to the bone.
Now if we can find a way to eat the.bone too.
Ahhhh😍😋
I don't understand why more people don't use bones. I mean it's such a great item for broth and the marrow they can use also like in this video or as a flavor enhancer as well.
