FRENCH MARCHÉ Presented by the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS)
French cuisine has been declared a “world intangible heritage” by UNESCO. The increasing number of French food and beverage specialists in Singapore has now inspired the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore to create a “French Gourmet” committee, which aims at organising various culinary events throughout the year, and particularly a “French Marché” within Voilah! Festival.
The French Marché aims to promote French regions and terroirs, showcasing culinary specialties and lifestyle products. French chefs will also display their talents and a great array of entertainment will take place. Singaporeans will be able to experience the tastes of each region and be educated on the beauty of French gastronomy.
