It was an extraordinary gourmet affair on 15 April at the World Gourmet Summit 2010 at St Pierre. Emmanuel Stroobant, champion of modern French cuisine in Singapore, served up exquisite French food that was paired with renowned and elegant bubblies from Champagne Veuve Clicquot, represented by the house’s winemaker Francois Hautekeur, who graced the dinner with his presence.
