Really rich and then I decided not to really do it with berries you are allowed to eat up to eight ounces of berries that I probably only ate one ounce of Perez’s like three or four other my put in the very first thing of yogurt that I had but after that I

Decided enough I don’t want to have any more berries if I’m going to do this I’m going to do it was super low carb because I think that will work better for me than having a sugar from the fruit so other than that first one which had some vanilla stevia and some berries

In it my other three servings didn’t have any fruit I did three different flavors one serve I put in the vanilla and the berries one so i did some raw cacao powder once if I did cinnamon and nutmeg that was beautiful and one serve I did using PB 2 which is a peanut

Butter extract super low calorie super low carb makes it taste like peanut butter I don’t use that very often because it’s a fake food but I just thought a well a negative one so there before really yummy serves and I thought if I was still hungry in the evening i

Might do a bit more yogurt and making frozen yogurt and have that as a dessert but i actually didn’t need it so i went to Big Foot earlier wasn’t hungry um and I as part of my correction day i also drank a whole lot of water i drank this

Whole thing and i went to bed really early because i realized i’ve been going to bed very late the previous week the whole week have been getting about six hours sleep and that’s probably the main reason why my body gained a little bit i don’t think it was from the food and so

I actually went to bed at ten haha six of the eight in a hot and it worked because I woke up this morning and I was down to coin turn pounds ah back to 59.1 kilograms very exciting so I’m basically back in my li w now so I

Feeling fantastic about that today to really lock in the correction day I’m going to eat super clean so what that means is no cheese no dairy other than a tiny bit of kaffir milk that had this morning because it’s just full of living enzymes and I treat that as a medicine

Nor the food but I won’t be having yogurt today won’t be home cheese today and I’m not going to have nuts what I am going to have lots of protein from of eggs and fish some really good fats coconut oil butter things like that a little bit of green veggies nothing too

High carb and your fruit was just a really healthy day so i may put maybe some protein powder and a smoothie is a good the snack so I’m feeling really good about it I’m really liking this approach i’m taking this p through it’s very different what I’ve done before I

Feel like I’m training my body to be able to tolerate high calorie and high-fat really gourmet french style eating and if I need you to a correction doubt i’ll do it straight away nip it in the bud bring myself back down and eventually I believe my body was
