  1. personally i think they should redevelop rations to prevent bloodsugar spikes and produce stable bloodsugar
    the branches do not test for hypoglycemia and millions suffer from it bloodsugar spikes wreck a persons stamina mentality and physically, their is also evidence the ptsd is strongly rooted in bloodsugar

  2. Fun fact most US MRE's are right around 2000 calories. When they rate the calories in each meal they usually for the main course or the bread. I am personally a fan of the gum. While some like the cinnamon have caffeine the others have a laxative in it due to the high calorie intake. The same goes for any other rations that cooks prepare besides A rations. Usually what I did is put Cumin in the eggs that way the boil in the bag rations wouldn't make everyone miserable except the porta john people.
