Our first official day in Canada. We started our day by having a fancy French Canadian Breakfast in l’AVENUE Restaurant in Montréal Québec Canada.
What we ordered in this restaurant is 3 varieties of EGG BENEDICT.
Pink Salmon Benny
2 poached organic eggs, smoked salmon, citrus, ginger and chives cream cheese, avocadoes, marinated onions, topped with a beet juice infused hollanddaise sauce, on a bagel.
Steak + Eggs
2 poached organic eggs, thinly sliced AAA ribeye steak and cremini mushrooms cooked in a Chateaubriand sauce, topped with spicy hollandaise sauce, on an English muffin. Served with our famous L’Avenue breakfast potatoes.
Truffle Duck
2 poached organic eggs, duck confit, black truffle paste, roasted mushrooms, arugula, fried onions and 4 year aged cheddar. Served on English muffin and potatoes.
Don’t be surprised by the color of eggs! L’Avenue serve organic eggs on their Eggs Benedict Menu. These eggs are laid by free-range hens.
