Ingredients:
1 lemon cut in wedges
1/4 watermelon
1/4 cup lemon juice
30 pcs headless deveined shrimp
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. chili flakes
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt
Put 2 tbsp. olive oil, garlic powder, onion, add shrimp cook until flesh turns white, when cooked remove from the pan. In a clean pan, add watermelon wedges evenly. Add shrimp on top of the watermelon and 1/4 cup lemon juice for its tangy taste, let it simmer. The sweetness of the watermelon juice will serve as sweetener. Add ground black pepper, salt to taste.
Presentation:
In a platter, lay the cooked watermelon wedges evenly. Add the shrimp on top. Garnish with shredded lemon peel on top. Put the lemon wedges on both ends of the platter.
