Tomato Sauce with Onion & Butter:
2 pounds fresh, ripe tomatoes or 2 cups canned imported Italian plum tomatoes (with their juice)
5 tb butter
1 medium onion
salt
Potato Gnocchi
1.5 pounds boiling potatoes
1.5 cups ap flour
parmesan cheese
